Wat houdt de functie in?
- Je fungeert als strategisch klankbord voor het managementteam en de CEO.
- Als bruggenbouwer tussen verschillende afdelingen en regio's zet je de algemene bedrijfsstrategie om in concrete projecten binnen people & culture.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen van het HR-beleid, met een focus op beloning en talentmanagement.
- Ook internationaal werk je aan het HR-beleid.
- Je bent de bewaker en bouwer van de bedrijfscultuur, en zorgt ervoor dat teams optimaal functioneren.
- Je leidt het HR-team.
**Wat zoeken we?**:
- Je bent in het bezit van een masterdiploma en hebt reeds ervaring in een leidinggevende rol.
- Je hebt een brede achtergrond in HR.
- Ervaring in algemeen management is een pluspunt.
- Je bent analytisch sterk en kunt snel handelen in complexe situaties.
- Interesse in en ervaring met internationale HR-vraagstukken zijn belangrijk.
- Je denkt in oplossingen en bent flexibel in een veranderende omgeving.
