**How to contribute to our vision**
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Advanced Operations Coordinator to join our team based on Oostende region in Belgium.

As an Advanced Operations Coordinator you will form part of a team supporting field personnel in conducting the safe and profitable servicing and maintenance of wind turbine equipment, in line with planned maintenance requirements, including providing parts and consumables.

**Some of your key tasks will include but not be limited to**:

- Order, receive and accurately locate incoming goods from SGRE distribution centers and suppliers
- Pick and pack parts ready for weekly SOV port calls following the SGRE process’ whilst maintaining fully auditable records on both system and paper accurately to meet tight schedules
- Assist in creation of parts manifests, customs, and dangerous good notices to ensure full compliance to local legislation
- Management and control of calibrated tools, PPE, statutory requirements, and secure inventory including safety equipment and standard tooling
- Carry out daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy
- Maintain a safe, clear and clean environment ensuring all procedures are adhered to including equipment maintenance, auditing the stores and reporting findings to management team on a weekly basis
- Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure having all required parts, tooling and consumables to deliver efficient operations

**What you need to make a difference**:

- Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change
- Experience in a planning or logistics environment is highly appreciated
- Excellent organization skills and be able to adapt quickly to the changing requirements
- IT literacy, particularly MS Office
- Forklift Truck driver’s license preferable
