Onze klant is een toonaangevende producent en leverancier van micro-ingrediënten voor de veevoederindustrie. Deze internationale familiale onderneming die sinds vier generaties actief is in de agro-industrie uit Heist-op-den-Berg ontwikkelt en commercialiseert functionele ingrediënten die zowel het voeder als dier beschermen en de nutritionele kwaliteit van veevoeders optimaliseert.
Als Logistics & Customer Service Officer zal je instaan voor het verwerken en aansturen van de inkomende en uitgaande orders en boek je het wereldwijd transport, rekening houdend met de kostprijzen. Verder volg je deze leveringen zelf op en ben jij de communicator tussen de klant, transport, magazijn en productie. Je volgt de bestaande klanten op en ondersteunt de verkoopafdeling & Area Sales Managers bij het creëren van nieuwe orders en je verzorgt alle administratie gelinkt aan het order en het transport van A-Z, inclusief de douane
- en transportdocumenten volgens eisen L/C en de regelgeving in het land van bestemming. In het ERP-systeem hou je de klant-, order
- en transportgerelateerde gegevens up-to-date.
**Requirements**:
Wie zoeken we:
- Beschik je over een **bachelor** logistiek management;
- Heb je **ervaring** met logistiek beheer van **internationale transporten** in een **productieomgeving.**:
- Ben je vertrouwd met **customer service**.
- Ben je een echte **problem-solver** die **communicatief**, **organisatorisch** en **administratief** sterk is;
- Ben je een **teamplayer** met een **positieve attitude**;
- Spreek en schrijf je vlot **Nederlands** en **Engels**.
- Beheers je **Word** en **Excel**.
- **Ervaring** met een **ERP**-systeem is een belangrijke troef.
