**DE JOB**:
Als adviseur Business Process & Reporting Procurement, ondersteun en organiseer je de activiteiten met betrekking tot de ontwikkeling van de processen en de operationele opvolging van het departement Procurement.
Binnen de dienst Procurement van Infrabel speel je een belangrijke transversale rol in de ondersteuning, opvolging en controle van de interne klanten en activiteiten die gebruik maken van IT-tools binnen Procurement, zoals SAP, Ariba, SharePoint, Excel, e-procurement,, PowerBi,...
Je maakt onderdeel uit van het team I-PPSC.14.NB Sourcing Support dat onderdeel uitmaakt van het bureau Sourcing Excellence I-PPSC.114.
De post is open voor alle rangen 4+ die zich minstens 2 jaar in deze post bevinden “te bevestigen”. De post is ook open vanaf rang 3, zonder limietbeperking op de duur.
Je hoofdtaken zijn:
- Als Business Analyst ben je het aanspreekpunt voor het Business Competence Center ICT (BCC), dat verantwoordelijk is voor de implementering en continue ontwikkeling van de IT-tools (beschrijving van de functionaliteiten) en coördineer je de operationele urgenties van de business. Je beheert de door de gebruikers en het management gevraagde aanpassingen. Het betreft een sleutelrol en transversale rol.
- Je test de nieuwe functionaliteiten via testscenario's die samen met het BCC worden opgesteld, en je betrekt daarbij de gebruikers.
- Als super user verleen je ondersteuning aan je medewerkers, voornamelijk de Buyers, bij het gebruik van SAP / Ariba en andere IT-tools (Excel, Word, Sharepoint). Je evalueert de bestaande werkinstructies in SAP/Ariba en verbetert ze op basis van de feedback die je van de gebruikers hebt gekregen. Je ondersteunt de gebruikers en het management door te bepalen welke IT-tools of documentatie ( Procedures, Instructies, FAQ, step-by-step, ) het beste aansluiten bij de behoeften van de business. Je formuleert antwoorden volgens een vast stramien.
- Je bent een belangrijke schakel in het ondersteuningsmodel door hen adequate informatie en duidelijke richtlijnen (bijv. een referentie-instructie) te bezorgen.
- Op basis van de gegevens in SAP / Ariba stel je operationele en strategische rapporten (Power BI of andere) op. Je analyseert deze rapporten en je trekt er de juiste conclusies uit; hiervoor werk samen met je collega’s en je hiërarchie, met als doel de SAP-, Ariba
- en ISO-processen te optimaliseren en de datasets om te zetten in kennis die nuttig en relevant is voor het management.

- Je helpt de gegevens verzamelen die nodig zijn voor het opstellen van de KPI’s in het kader van de verschillende pijlers (planning, standaardisering, vereenvoudiging,...). Je stelt deze KPI's vast, analyseert ze, neemt het initiatief om de kwaliteit van de gegevens te optimaliseren en presenteert de analyses en hun interpretaties (PowerBi, enz.) regelmatig aan de hiërarchie (bijv. in Meeting ‘Steering Group Purchasing’).
- Je evalueert het beheer van de nieuwe tools (bijvoorbeeld Ariba) binnen het aankoopproces en zorgt ervoor dat ze deel uitmaken van de werkgewoonten, overeenkomstig de projectplanning, en verzekert daarbij de continuïteit van de lopende, ondersteunende activiteiten. Je hebt regelmatig contact met je interne klanten (voornamelijk Buyers), je zorgt voor een samenhangende communicatie met hen en je stelt alles in het werk om een langetermijnsamenwerking met hen te onderhouden. Je luistert aandachtig naar hun feedback en neemt de nodige acties om tot een langetermijnoplossing te komen.
- Je ontwikkelt nieuwe rapporten Power BI en doet verbeteringsvoorstellen voor de bestaande rapporten. Indien nodig kan je de nodige opleidingen volgen (Blue Belt, Brown Belt).
- Je bent de facto de key user voor alle systemen die gebruikt worden door Purchasing.
- Je maakt deel uit van een transversaal team binnen de afdeling I-PPSC.11 en werkt samen met je interne klanten van de operationele diensten.Je rapporteert aan de Sourcing Excellence Team Lead van het bureel I-PPSC.114.
**JOUW PROFIEL**:
- Je hebt een masterdiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
- Je hebt bij voorkeur minstens 3 jaar ervaring als business analyst in ICT.
- Je hebt afdoende ervaring met een ERP-systeem van minimum 5 jaar. De kennis van de aankoopmodule in SAP is een must. Je bent bekwaam genoeg om de specifieke SAP omgeving van Infrabel snel aan te leren.
- De kennis van de aankoopmodule in Ariba is een troef.
- Je hebt een operationele kennis van de tweede landstaal.
- Je bent een vlotte communicator.
- Je bent gestructureerd, zorgvuldig en je hebt oog voor detail.
- Je neemt initiatief, gaat zelf op zoek naar oplossingen en formuleert voorstellen.
- Je kunt goed omgaan met innovatie en deze stimuleren bij je interne klanten.
- Je bent in staat je werk efficiënt te plannen, je taken en opdrachten te organiseren en de termijnen en prioriteiten na te leven.
