**LE TRAVAIL**:
En tant que Category Buyer Procurement, vous êtes un acheteur professionnel très expérimenté et responsable de la gestion des procédures d'achat de certains produits/services pour la catégorie en question.
- Vous négociez et gérez les procédures d'achat, de A à Z, en adoptant une approche très proactive.
- Vous établissez des plans par catégorie, en adoptant une vision à long terme.
- Vous travaillez dans le cadre de la législation sur les marchés publics.
- Vous avez une connaissance très approfondie des produits ou êtes prêt à l'approfondir.
- Vous effectuez une prospection du marché et élargissez votre réseau.
- Vous dépendez hiérarchiquement d'un Category Manager.
- En tant que Key User SAP, vous gérez des projets d'amélioration dans le cadre du PMP.
- Vous êtes très flexible, proposez des solutions et êtes toujours "en attente" pour effectuer des interventions pour des cas urgents.

Infrabel recherche les profils spécifiques suivants d'acheteurs de catégorie pour l'approvisionnement:

- Category Buyer Direct Procurement
- Direct Procurement fait référence aux achats industriels tels que les commandes de matériaux.
- Category Buyer Indirect Procurement
- Indirect Procurement fait référence aux achats non industriels tels que les contrats de services (RH, communication) et de conseil.
- Category Buyer Indirect Procurement ICT.
- Indirect Procurement ICT fait référence aux achats non industriels, tels que les contrats de services ICT et de conseil ICT.

**VOTRE PROFIL**:

- Vous êtes titulaire d'un master ou d'un diplôme équivalent par l'expérience.
- Vous avez au moins 9 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans l'un de ces domaines spécifiques.
- Vous avez une excellente connaissance de la législation sur les marchés publics.
- Une connaissance approfondie de SAP est requise.
- Vous êtes analytique et très communicatif.
- Vous pouvez travailler de manière autonome ; la planification, l'organisation et le suivi sont vos points forts.
- Vous maîtrisez les outils Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ; vous êtes prêt à apprendre rapidement de nouveaux outils informatiques.
- Vous avez une parfaite connaissance du néerlandais ou du français et une excellente connaissance de la deuxième langue nationale.
