We are looking for a **“Change & Communication Expert"** to strengthen our IT Strategy team within the CIO-Office department.
As a sub-division of the IT department of AXA Belgium, our mission is to act as a facilitator in the definition and implementation of the IT strategy, while supporting the IT department to "Provide solutions that our customers, partners, and employees love to use." This will be achieved by providing AXA BE's IT organization with a “single source of truth”, acting as a point of contact for all corporate functions, overseeing cross-functional processes in the following areas of expertise: Risk & Compliance; Financial Management & Strategic Partnerships; Strategic Workforce Management; IT Strategy; Communication & Change.
You will help our IT department to implement changes in a sustainable manner and support them throughout the transformation process to maximize the impact of the changes. Our IT environment is constantly evolving and influencing the habits of our employees. Your mission is to ensure that all IT employees are fully engaged in the change process and to design a tailored approach. In addition, you ensure an optimal communication flow and encourage communication so that IT employees are well-informed and engaged.
Your activities will be mainly focused on:
- Directing change management strategies and activities within different programs and/or projects of IT.
- Defining and managing a change management approach: designing communication plans, a sponsorship model, training plans, coaching plans, and managing resistance, and ensuring their execution.
- Monitoring the impact of communication and acceptance activities by being heavily involved with various stakeholders.
- Guiding and leading project teams and senior management on the importance of the change project and their role as project sponsors. In this way, you will maximize employee acceptance, develop and influence change in leadership behavior, and lead project overall outcomes and issues.
- Crafting and implementing a comprehensive, omnichannel internal communication strategy and maintaining consistent internal communication channels for employees of the IT department, ensuring that communications are timely, effective, and adaptable to the diverse audiences.
- Support senior management with global presentations, employer branding initiatives and training material.
- Coordinating Internal Events for the IT department: Plan and execute internal events, like all staff meetings, leadership forums, innovation forums, seminars.
**Your Profile** We are looking for someone with**:
- Good interpersonal, organizational, and strong communication skills
- An entrepreneurial spirit acting as a catalyst for transformation within the IT organization
- Analytical skills capable of consolidating key messages into clear communication
- Someone who can act both strategically and operationally
- Someone experienced in change management and who has a good understanding of the impact of change processes on people
- Prosci's ADKAR methodology certification is a plus
- Languages: English, French, and/or Dutch
- Education: Master's degree
