For a fixed-term contract (6 months), we are looking for a Quality Product Coordinator

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**

A Quality Product Officer is tasked with overseeing all aspects of quality management to ensure that raw materials, production processes, and the final products meet the necessary regulatory and quality standards. This role involves a combination of tasks such as inspecting materials and products, ensuring compliance with standards, implementing quality improvement plans, and resolving any discrepancies or issues that arise.
- Implement quality management strategies and improvement plans.
- Identify, document, and handle product non-conformities (N.C) internally and with suppliers
- Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to eliminate recurrence of non-conformities.
- Inspect raw materials and products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Ensure inbound quality inspection is performed per quality standard. This includes coordinate the setup and calibration of the CCM Machine for inbound quality inspections.
- Ensure accurate and detailed measurements are taken for quality control purposes.
- Perform quality checks, audits, and tests, and analyze statistical data to identify areas for improvement.
- Offer quality support from the planning stage through to project completion, including problem-solving and decision-making.
- Provide training and mentorship on quality standards to other team members and departments.
- Maintain comprehensive records of quality control measures and customer feedback to improve product quality and customer happiness.
- Lead and support Team Leaders in conducting root cause analysis for product issues, particularly those classified as Non-Valuable (N.V).
- Facilitate problem-solving sessions and workshops to improve product quality and processes.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met and maintained.
- Conduct supplier audits and assessments as necessary to evaluate compliance and performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the quality department and across production processes.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and standard processes to implement innovative quality improvement strategies.
- Maintain comprehensive records of quality inspections, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
- Prepare and present regular reports on quality performance to management and partners.
- Work closely with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure quality objectives are integrated into all aspects of production. Provide training and mentorship to staff on quality standards and procedures.

**Who You Are**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, Quality Product Management, or related field.
- Proven track record (3+ years) in a quality assurance role within the valve industry or related manufacturing sector.
- Proficient in using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CCM) and quality inspection tools.
- Strong understanding of quality standards and regulations relevant to the valve industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead root cause analysis.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Diligent with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of English (spoken and written)
- The ability to analyze data, identify issues, and implement effective solutions is essential for continuous improvement in product quality.
- This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of quality processes and the ability to work efficiently under pressure to meet the high-quality standards expected in the valve industry.
