**Responsibilities**:

- Provides local computer hardware and software support.
- Provide help desk support/management.
- Offer customer support for desktops, laptops, and networks.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Handle national and local asset management.
- Conduct education and training for clients.
- Compile records and reports related to production, machine malfunctioning, and maintenance.
- Focus on VIP users within the organization.
- Assess and understand the specific needs of customers to tailor solutions effectively.
- Documents, maintains, upgrades, or replaces hardware and software systems.
- Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals.
- Accepting and delivery of all service calls assigned.
- Understanding and translating business requirements to appropriate technical streams.
- Effectively participate in a virtual, globally distributed team.

**Must Have**:

- At least 4 years of senior-level administration and engineering experience in an enterprise IT environment.
- At least 3 years of IT IS Project Management experience.
- Should have strong Project Management/Coordination experience.
- Having performed operational and break/fix activity along with engineering and design.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Exchange, including 2013/2016 and Online versions.
- Having experience with Microsoft SharePoint Online with expertise implementing and supporting OneDrive for Business.
- Knowledgeability of implementing and managing Azure console.
- Understanding of O365 specifically in the area of: Outlook/OneDrive.
- Good knowledge of authentication mechanisms.
- Fluency in French (primary) and English (secondary).
- Experience in IT infra-Industry standard project management.
- Must be capable of setting proper task priorities, efficiently managing time.
