**Your mission at Generali Belgium**:
The Compliance Expert is part of a team with other experts. All experts support the Chief Compliance Officer in carrying out the typical tasks and activities of the compliance function.
Each expert has a focus. We look for someone who will especially contribute to make sure that compliance controls on processes are efficient. This to ensure the integrity of the company’s activities.
Main Activities are:
- Master company process and related compliance controls. Make sure controls are effective and efficient. Make necessary documentation linked to this.
- Follow the compliance regulations and analyze what are the impacts for the company (at compliance level)
- Actively contribute to the identification, evaluation & management process of Compliance risks
- Support GDPR regulation implementation
- Contribute to improve Compliance Framework at company level
- Support team in drafting the annual Compliance Plan
- Give advice and training on request
- You have 3 to 5 years of work experience, with at least 3 years in compliance
- You hold a master degree in economy or in law (or any other equivalent diploma)
- Experience in the insurance sector is a plus
- You are bilingual Dutch/French and are fluent in English
- You are open-minded and flexible in your approach
- You have a critical and analytical mindset
- You focus on solutions and perform well under pressure
- You are customer oriented and a true team player
