Ons Researchteam, binnen de afdeling Research & Design, is op zoek naar een Strategic Watcher voor de implementatie en monitoring van een strategische, collaboratieve en transversale intelligence-strategie voor het hele Agentschap.

hub.brussels, dat is het Brussels agentschap voor ondersteuning aan het bedrijfsleven. We helpen de Brusselse ondernemers bij de opstart, ontwikkeling en internationalisatie van hun projecten. Maar ook buitenlandse ondernemers schieten we te hulp wanneer ze zich in onze wondermooie regio willen vestigen.

In totaal zijn we met een 350-tal collega’s (ook wel de hubsters genoemd). Net zoals jij zijn we, stuk voor stuk, gepassioneerd door wat we doen en staan we met veel enthousiasme klaar om te begeleiden, te motiveren en te ondersteunen waar nodig.

**Jouw team**:
Als _Sociaaleconomische Analyse - Strategic watcher_ (rang: Attaché), vervoeg je een gedreven team van elf personen binnen de BU Research.

Het doel van je toekomstige team is eenvoudig**:het gewestelijk beleid van het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest voeden, door specifieke en waardevolle kennis van het economische ecosysteem en van het ondernemerschap te ontwikkelen, in samenhang met de rest van de wereld.**

**Jouw taken**:
**Je belangrijkste taak zal zijn om een strategische, collaboratieve en transversale monitoringstrategie voor het hele Agentschap te implementeren en te monitoren.**
- **Een interne audit van de monitoring uitvoeren**
- De behoeften binnen het Agentschpa op het gebied van interne monitoring in kaart brengen: internationale monitoring, sectormonitoring, doelgroepmonitoring, projectmonitoring (ad hoc).

**2. Actief deelnemen aan de identificatie van studieonderwerpen**
- Thema’s die verband houden met de macroactiviteit van hub.brussels of die het Agentschap als prioritair beschouwt, continu opvolgen;
- Informatie
- of studieaanvragen van directie en andere diensten van het Agentschap centraliseren;
- Strategische studiethema’s identificeren of voorstellen om te anticiperen op of in te spelen op de behoeften van het Agentschap;
- Passende methodologieën voorstellen: dienstverleners en/of partners inschakelen, termijnen, budgetten, definitieve verspreidingswijze van de informatie, enz. bepalen.

3. **Bronnen en middelen verzamelen en structureren (stakeholders)**
- Alle nuttige bronnen en middelen verzamelen die nuttig zijn voor het implementeren van een intelligence-strategie (antwoorden op interne/externe vragen, bewaking, monitoring, opstellen van studies enz.).

**4. Structurering van de transversale monitoring binnen het Agentschap**
- Een procedure en governance voor monitoring binnen het Agentschap voorstellen - van het proces, tot de verspreiding van deze kennis, de besluitvorming en de vaststelling van opportuniteiten, tot de vaststelling van monitoringprioriteiten en -stromen.

**5. Een effectief samenwerkingsplatform voor monitoring implementeren, opvolgen en voeden**

**En jij?**:
**Dit moet je zeker kunnen/hebben**:

- Je bent in het bezit van een **masterdiploma** met een **menswetenschappelijke oriëntatie** (politieke, economische, commerciële, sociale wetenschappen, hedendaagse geschiedenis, communicatie, marketing enz.).
- ** Behaalde je je diploma in het buitenland? Stuur dan zeker de Belgische gelijkwaardigheidserkenning mee.**:

- Beschikken over **minstens één jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie** of binnen een team met vergelijkbare opdrachten of in strategische intelligence.
- ** Je drukt je vlot uit in minstens 1 van de twee officiële talen (Nederlands/Frans) en bent bereid om de tweede te leren.
