Introductie
IT-Planet is een gespecialiseerd informatica projectsourcing bedrijf, gelegen te Gent. We zijn actief bij diverse grote klanten over heel Vlaanderen en Brussel in volgende ICT-domeinen: Application Development, Infrastructure Services & Software Testing. Om ons team van 180 medewerkers te versterken zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een **Business Process Analyst** om aan de slag te gaan bij onze klant in **Brussel/Hasselt**.

Functie
Als Business Process & Improvement Analyst ben je een belangrijke speler van detransformatie van onze Retail Business. Je speelt een sleutelrol in de veranderingen door de Retail visie van Transformatie te vertalen naar waardegedreven en gestructureerde oplossingen. Je realiseert de veranderingen.
Taken:
- Je verzamelt de visie van een retail ambitie of probleemstelling in een heldere en gestructureerde lijst van Business Requirements. Dit wordt de sterke basis van een succesvol project (met of zonder IT-ontwikkeling).
- Dit betekent:
- o Je formuleert de requirements in een business case met meetbare voordelen
- o Je belicht de belangrijkste drijfveren voor succes door het verzamelen van:
- 1. De stem van de business sponsors en belangrijkste stakeholders
- 2. De stem van de eindgebruiker
- 3. De stem van de klanten
- o Je biedt een begrijpelijk beeld van het proces in scope. Je ontwerpt en documenteert met visuals.
- Je inspireert tot veranderingen door actiegerichte aanbevelingen te geven. Uw conclusies zijn sterk en feitelijk. Ze zijn gebaseerd op gegevens, indicatoren, interviews, workshops, enquêtes, modellen en statistieken. Ze zijn gedocumenteerd in precieze en eenvoudige taal.
- Je realiseert de veranderingen op een soepele manier. U bent de referentie voor devereisten, en u organiseert de activiteiten om de vereisten te verzamelen, prioriteiten te stellen, de aanvaardingscriteria te definiëren, en te reageren op de veranderingen (nieuwe vereisten, nieuwe beperkingen, belemmeringen, enz.) U kunt een lean project initiëren dat u zult leiden en de leiding en eigendomsrollen op je neemt voor sommige deliverables van het project.
- U verbindt het project met de business. U informeert de sponsors duidelijk
- over de geleverde waarde en hoe het vordert in de tijd. Je legt de projectrisico’s uit en kansen en je aanbeveling. Je kunt storytelling gebruiken om met de eindgebruikers wat de veranderingen voor hen betekenen. Je moedigt feedback aan en je bent niet bang om anderen uit te dagen.
- Je bent business expert en de stem van de business in IT-projecten: Je
- vergemakkelijkt de communicatie tussen de business en IT door het organiseren van workshops en reviews. Je bent sterk betrokken bij alle fasen van de ontwikkeling. Bij elke stap, van vereisten tot testen, zorg je ervoor dat de bedrijfsdoelstellingen worden gerealiseerd: je zorgt voor impactanalyse, requirements; je valideert de tests en ondersteunt de testers.
- Je ontwikkelt jezelf, je methodes en je tools: je volgt de trend inprocesverbeteringen en operationele uitmuntendheid. Je leert en je probeert; je probeert en je leert. Je past toe en je deelt
- Je bent een proactieve challenger: je volgt de indicatoren, je ziet verspilling in hetproces, u anticipeert op veranderingen en zoekt naar mogelijkheden voor procesverbetering. Je denkt aan “verbetering”
Functie-eisen
- Ervaring in Agile / Scrum team
- 1-2 jaar ervaring in business analyse praktijken bij voorkeur in een Agile delivery omgeving
- Sterke affiniteit met en begrip van de energiesector en meer specifiekde Retail (Energy Supplier) processen
- Affiniteit of ervaring met: Customer Relationship Management: Salesforce; SAP(-ISU) en Energy Market Exchange processen: MIG6
- Talen: Vloeiend in Engels en Frans of Nederlands
