**Welkom thuis**:
hub.brussels is het Brussels Agentschap voor de Ondersteuning van het Bedrijfsleven. Eenvoudig gezegd schakelen Brusselse ondernemers ons in om op te starten, te groeien en internationaal te gaan. Buitenlandse ondernemers nemen met ons contact op wanneer ze zich willen vestigen en hun weg willen vinden in onze mooie hoofdstad.
Achter hub.brussels staan zowat 350 medewerk(st)ers (beter bekend als hubsters) die, net als jij, gepassioneerd zijn door hun job en de meest vernieuwende en gedurfde projecten willen ondersteunen, aanmoedigen en voortstuwen
Het hoeft geen betoog dat hub.brussels openstaat voor diversiteit en zich geenszins bezondigt aan enige vorm van discriminatie die tot een ongelijke behandeling van sollicitaties zou kunnen leiden.
**Je team**:
Als _Service Designer_ (“Attaché Service Designer”), kom je terecht in een gemotiveerd 5-koppig team bij de dienst Onderzoek & Design.
Het doel van jouw toekomstige team is simpel: de BU Design heeft een transversale opdracht ten dienste van de verschillende departementen van het Agentschap, en de designers begeleiden de verschillende teams bij de concrete omzetting van hun activiteiten.
Daartoe stelt de BU de gebruiker centraal in haar denkprocessen, maakt zij gebruik van methoden voor gezamenlijk ontwerp (collaborative design) en biedt zij hefbomen aan / formuleert zij aanbevelingen om duurzame diensten met een hoge toegevoegde waarde te creëren.
Naast haar begeleidingsactiviteiten helpt de BU Design mee om een innovatiecultuur tot stand te brengen binnen het agentschap door een “ontwerpcultuur” op gang te brengen, te ondersteunen en te stimuleren bij de collega’s.
Binnen de Business Unit Design heeft de Service Designer de volgende taken:
- De openbare diensten van het Agentschap ontwerpen
- De teams gericht coachen rond het proces van “innovatieve projecten”.
- De verspreiding en integratie van ontwerp
- en samenwerkingspraktijken bevorderen
**Je opdrachten**:
- De ontwikkelingsactiviteiten van de BU Design en een designmethode ondersteunen:
- Invoeren en continu verbeteren van de designtools (methoden en processen) die nodig zijn om de teams van hub.brussels te begeleiden;
- Collega’s laten kennismaken met design, collectieve intelligentie en coaching;
- Cocreatie van een toolbox die toegankelijk is voor de medewerkers van het Agentschap: methodologie voor collectieve intelligentie, creativiteitsmodules, innovatieplatform, bibliotheek van personae, catalogus van interne vaardigheden, dienstencatalogus enz.
- Beheer van interne projecten bij de BU;
- Monitoring van design en overheidsinnovatie: instrumenten voor inzameling en verspreiding, onderzoeksinhoud en -indicatoren, inventaris van beschikbare middelen.
2. De begeleidingsactiviteiten voor het ontwerpen van openbare diensten ondersteunen:
- Omkadering van de vraag naar begeleiding en vaststelling van een “methodologische routekaart”;
- Ontwikkeling/keuze van het ontwerpproces dat bij de begeleiding wordt gebruikt, rekening houdend met de context en de beschikbare middelen.
- Actiebriefing voor de belanghebbenden;
- Targeting en diagnose van het gebruik, de gebruikers en de context, eventueel in samenwerking met andere diensten;
- Opstelling van verslagen;
- Synthese en analyse van gegevens;
- Bepaling van uitdagingen inzake design;
- Organisatie en begeleiding van panels en cocreatieworkshops;
- Selectie van ideeën voor prototyping;
- Prototyping en testen van diensten;
- Opstelling van eindverslagen, valorisatie van de resultaten;
- Voorstelling van nieuwe openbare diensten, formulering van aanbevelingen voor veranderingsmanagement.
**Je profiel**:
**Verplichte criteria**:
- Je hebt een **masterdiploma**, bij voorkeur in design, menswetenschappen, sociale innovatie, communicatie, innovatiebeheer, beheer inzake digitale transformatie of bedrijfsbeheer, of aangevuld met een specialisatie in deze domeinen. Elk ander masterdiploma wordt aanvaard, mits je ervaring hebt die vergelijkbaar is met de functie.
- Behaalde je je diploma in het buitenland? Bezorg ons dan zeker zo snel mogelijk het Belgisch gelijkwaardigheidsbewijs.
- Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in minstens 1 van de twee officiële talen (Nederlands/Frans) en bent bereid om de tweede te leren. Hier drukt iedereen zich uit in zijn of haar eigen taal.
