Momenteel zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Operations Manager om onze Ralph Lauren Outlet Store in Maasmechelen te ondersteunen. In deze uitdagende functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de interne supply chain en zorg je ervoor dat de interne processen soepel verlopen. Op dagelijkse basis stimuleer je een "customer first" -cultuur en ondersteun je de winkel om ervoor te zorgen dat het team zowel de winkelprestaties als de winstgevendheid maximaliseert. Met een aanstekelijke passie voor de winkel, het merk en het product, lever je de hoogste normen op operationeel gebied, voorraadnaleving en productiviteit.

**Werkzaamheden en verantwoordelijkheden**
- Strategisch beheren van het proces van voorraad en leveringen (inclusief het plannen van bestelling en forecasting) in samenwerking met het verkoopteam op de vloer en de (assistant) General Manager, zodat de vereiste dagelijkse aanvullingen worden gerealiseerd en de bedrijfsdoelstellingen worden behaald
- Leiden, coachen en ondersteunen van het team bij het creëren van een ‘customer first’ cultuur en een werkomgeving waarin creativiteit, een sterk arbeidsethos en een passie voor de Ralph Lauren Brand-filosofie worden ondersteund
- Beheren en motiveren van de Sales Support Associates door het communiceren van doelen en initiatieven via dagelijkse team briefings, het uitvoeren van prestatiebeoordelingen en het opstellen van persoonlijke ontwikkelingsplannen om retentie te ondersteunen en de resultaten te stimuleren
- Verzorgen van operationele training van store-processen en technische apparatuur, inclusief de kassa’s. Daarnaast verantwoordelijk voor overige training en coaching van het team om een positieve en productieve werkomgeving te behouden
- Het delen en ontwikkelen van productkennis van de afdeling om te zorgen voor operationele efficiëntie en de verkoop (en aanvulling) van producten
- Op een positieve en professionele wijze de vragen van klanten afhandelen en ervoor zorgen dat het team tot het vereiste niveau wordt opgeleid

**Gevraagde ervaring en vereisten**
- Ervaring in het managen van magazijnprocessen in een snelle en dynamische omgeving, bij voorkeur met een FMCG/Apparel Logistics/Retail achtergrond
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met Warehouse Operations op toezichtniveau
- Ruime ervaring in people management, leidinggeven, coachen en trainen van medewerkers
- Je hebt een goed begrip van Microsoft Office en hebt specialistische kennis van Excel
- Je beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden en uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk in het Engels (Nederlands is een pré)
- Je bent gewend om magazijnprestaties in te stellen en te beheren door middel van KPI's en service level agreements
- Stressbestendig en gewend om met deadlines te werken
- Ervaring met RFID kan een pré zijn
