**Description du poste**:
We are looking, for one of our client in Brussel, for a ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE MANAGER.

Your responsibilities will be to:
Management of a team of 6 people;Creation, follow-up and quality control of the information of client projects;
With your team: collect, validate and analyze billing documents (Timesheets, Purchase orders) and subcontractor's invoices & related payments;
Client Invoicing and follow-up;
Weekly monitoring of unpaid invoices, contracts, PO's and client's overdue payments;
Weekly Meeting with Sales Leaders to follow problematics;
Fixed Price Project Management ( Timesheet control, Revenue Recognition, Profitability analysis) Month-end closing of Accounts Receivable Activity;
Management of a factoring platform;
Main point of contact between Business Controlling Team and Business Facilitator Team

Location: Châtelain, Saint Gilles

**Salary**: 4000 - 4500 EUR / month according to your profile

**Description du profil**:
What would work

You acquired a bachelor or master's degree in accounting or management or economics;
You have at least 5 years of experience in accounting/accounts receivable/business controlling position;
In-depth understanding of BE GAAP.
You are flexible and have a positive "can do" attitude and good developed interpersonal skills or so-called "people skills".
You want to remain operational while having the ambition to bring real added value to the position and the team;
You have a strong professional conscience and are recognized for your rigor, initiative and synthesis;
To succeed in this position, you have a strong taste for human relations, teamwork and operational aspects.
As Communication is one of the core tasks you speak fluently English and French and/or Dutch.
You are familiar with the MSOffice suite - especially Excel.
You are used to work with an ERP, they work with Dynamics Navision.
