- This is a full-time position based in Diegem/Brussels and willingness to travel to all UPS locations in Netherlands and Luxembourg._
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to move your HR career path forward?
UPS is seeking a passionate, results-driven supervisor to accelerate our HR Geo Operations Services in the Benelux. The HR Operations Supervisor oversees the operations of an entire HR department in Benelux, plus guide other departments in making the best use of the company’s human resources.
The HR Operations Supervisor is working in close cooperation with the HR Recruitment Supervisor Benelux and HR Business partners of all the Benelux entities for operational implementation of HR initiatives. The HR Operations Supervisor will report into the HR Operations Manager Benelux.
**What you'll do**
- Provides guidance and development to the team, containing 6 HR Advisors, 1 HR Specialist and 6 HR Associates across Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.
- Set clear goals for the HR Operations team to reach and conduct performance reviews.
- Gives tactical support to UPS management team in the areas of Disciplinary cases, legal cases, Performance Management, Compliance, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, Labor Relations and Workforce Planning
- Provides valued advice and solutions to management for the implementation of HR initiatives.
- Implements HR Initiatives.
- Conducts and reviews comprehensive HR Investigation in Ethics Hotline cases.
- Provides reporting towards stakeholders in projects.
- Responsible for absenteeism process.
- Create and maintain comprehensive Employee Handbook
- Compliancy: Audit readiness in Aviation Security Background checks, Visa documentation and any other obligatory documentation necessary for employees.
- In close contact with vendors and third parties from HR to set clear cooperation and efficient processes.
**What you'll get**
- A salary in between 4300 and 5400 euro's gross per month depending on experience
- A management bonus up to 10% of your yearly salary
- After six month of good performance a first possibility to get a salary raise of max. 4%
- Holidays: 20 legal holidays + 12 compensation days + 4 sectorial days and 2/3 replacement holidays (depending per year)

**What you'll need**
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Human Resource operations
- Knowledge of Belgium labor law and regulation and willing to learn NL HR law and legislation in HR (knowledge of both is a pre)
- Very strong written and oral communications skills
- Willingness to travel within the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.
- Fluent in Dutch, English and French
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or comparable
