Within DESIGN Chapter Area, the Conversational Design team creates the dialogues of the Proximus Digital Assistant (chat and voicebot), improves customer user experience and responds to the digital needs of today's customer.

As **Conversational Designer FR**, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for the implementation and delivery of conversational bots (chat+voice).

You will be:

- responsible for creating and optimising dialogues.
- monitoring and analysing conversation logs.
- creating conversations in French/English.
- later implementing dialogues in our conversation management platform Google Dialogflow CX.
- train our bots to better understand what end-users say (in collaboration with AI specialists).

As a Conversational Designer, your work will be used in both sales and after-sales contexts for different customer segments. We are looking for people with a strong affinity for digital customer needs, who are customer-centric and have a flexible, positive attitude, especially in relation to change and digital transformation.

Your Profile

**Required competences**
- excellent written/editorial and verbal skills in French & English, Dutch is a plus.
- very good communication skills.
- proactivity and self-direction.
- proven experience with configuring/setting up interactions in conversational bots (chat+voice).
- demonstrable experience with digital communication (chat, messaging, social media...) in a professional context.
- experience with voice messaging is a plus (design for voice IVR, Alexa, Google Assistant...).
- experience of working in an agile context.
- ability to work under pressure.
- is passionate about language and technology.
- is eager to learn.
- realises how conversational bots (chat+voice) should be designed from the point of view of both design and copy.
- knows how these conversational bots work and what the possibilities and limitations are.
- is a good communicator, both with management and with colleagues.
- is a team player.
- is creative and an out-of-the-box thinker.
- is customer-oriented.
- is a good organiser.
- knows how to adopt a positive mindset and attitude, even in stressful situations.
- is open to change related to working in a digital environment.
