Als Senior UX designer bij Belfius bepaal je mee de gebruikerservaring van onze banking applicaties die dagelijks door 2 miljoen gebruikers worden gebruikt.

**De job in een notendop**

Je bent ervan overtuigd dat een synergie tussen business
- en gebruikersnoden cruciaal is voor een succesvol digitaal product.

Samen met stakeholders bepaal je hoe objectieven vertaald worden naar features in onze digitale platformen, met een focus op beleggen maar evengoed werk je voor andere domeinen. Je vervult een trekkende rol en schat zelf in welke stappen nodig zijn om een project tot een goed einde te brengen.

Dit varieert van het challengen van requirements via workshops, testen bij gebruikers, het uittekenen van wireframes tot het uitwerken van informatiearchitectuur. Nadien werk je samen met de UI-designer om jouw feature finaal vorm te geven.

Je komt terecht in een multidisciplinair design-team met UX designers, UI-designers, Design System-experts, service designers en user researchers. Jullie gezamenlijke doel: de beste gebruikerservaring aanbieden aan onze klanten, zowel op het gebied van beleggen als in andere bankdiensten.

**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**

Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan indien je voldoet aan de volgende voorwaarden:

- Je hebt een richting Digital Design, Experience Design of soortgelijks gevolgd.
- Je hebt minimum 5 jaar ervaring als UX designer in een digitale omgeving.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van beleggen, via projecten die je al hebt gedaan en idealiter omdat je zelf actief belegt.
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van user centered design methodieken.
- Je denkt probleemoplossend en analytisch, we verwachten ideeën van jou om op basis van diverse input onze digitale platformen te verbeteren.
- Je hebt goede communicatievaardigheden en hebt geen probleem met presenteren aan stakeholders (incl. management).
- Je hebt een goede kennis van interface-patronen op mobiele apps (iOS & Android) en desktop applicaties.
- Je kant goed overweg met Figma en Miro.
- Je bent een teamspeler die mensen kan samenbrengen.
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands of Frans. Je begrijpt de andere taal die je niet noodzakelijk spreekt.

Je scoort extra met:

- Ervaring als UX designer in een corporate omgeving.
- Ervaring als UX designer in een digital agency.
- Project management skills.
