Your Responsibilities
**In this role, you will be responsible for**:
Collaborating with diverse teams to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
Building strong, sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Analyzing complex challenges and finding efficient, innovative solutions.
Supporting additional responsibilities as needed.
Your Profile
**At Capgemini Engineering, we’re looking for someone who**:
Has a passion for talent acquisition and human resources.
Is currently pursuing or has recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
**Language Skills**: Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch and/or French is a plus.
Is familiar with recruitment tools and technologies, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
