**Jouw missie**

Als Junior Brand Manager ben jij **DE specialist in de consumer journey.** Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de **ontwikkeling van het Leonidas-portfolio**, de **communicatie **met de consument, het uitvoeren van **marktonderzoek** en het **analyseren van de behoeften** van de belanghebbenden. Je werkt ook samen met het Shopper Marketing-team aan de **ontwikkeling van POS-materiaal **en communicatie naar netwerkpartners. Concreet zijn dit jouwverantwoordelijkheden:

- Je helpt de **commerciële strategie te vertalen **en uit te voeren in het jaarplan en de go-to-market activiteiten.
- In nauwe samenwerking met het marketingteam en externe bureaus creëer en voer je consistente **digitale en social mediacampagnes** uit die de doelstellingen van het bedrijf helpen verwezenlijken. Ook houd je de inhoud van de website actueel, maak je nieuwsbrieven en communicatie over het loyaliteitsprogramma.
- Je identificeert de **customer journey**, de bijbehorende touchpoints en de manier waarop deze worden geïntegreerd in de seizoenen die u beheert.
- Je activeert en versterkt de **merkkeuze** door gerichte marketing en digitale campagnes, zowel ATL als BTL van creatie tot uitvoering.
- Je werkt nauw samen met het Shopper Marketing team aan de **communicatie van de seizoenen** waarvoor je verantwoordelijk bent in de winkels.
- Je beheert de financiële (P&L, budgetopvolging,...) en administratieve taken die inherent zijn aan uw functie.

**Jouw profiel**
- Je hebt een masterdiploma in handelswetenschappen of marketing.
- Je hebt minstens **2 jaar werkervaring **in brand management, in het realiseren van marketing projecten, of in communicatie.
- Je werkt volledig zelfstandig en **autonoom**.
- Je bent erg **hands-on **en neemt het werk onder handen
- Je bent bekend met **marketing jargon**.
- Je spreekt **Frans en Nederlands** en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
