Bezit je een diploma Industrieel Ingenieur Automatisatie/Elektromechanica of heb je gelijkwaardige ervaring?
Dan is dit de job die jij zoekt
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opleveren van projecten en het leveren van support op het vlak van productie installatie automatisatie.
- Je staat in voor het managen van nieuwe projecten: opstellen specificaties, selectie leverancier en bestelling, testen en opleveren van nieuwe process automation systemen (HMI, PLC,).
- Je staat in voor het leveren van supportactiviteiten op vlak van automatisatie en integratie.
- Je staat in voor het opstellen van specificaties en standaarden en voor het superviseren en beoordelen testen door HMI leverancier.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van codereviews op PLC programma’s.
- Je staat in voor het opstellen en uitvoeren van technische testscripts (o.a. failsafe) op productie installatie.
- Je staat in voor de coördinatie en het uitvoeren van software aanpassingen aan productie installaties.
- Je biedt specifieke assistentie (wachtdienst) buiten werkuren en weekend tijdens bepaalde opstartperiodes van een project.

Profiel
- Ben je een Industrieel Ingenieur Automatisatie/Elektromechanica of heb je gelijkwaardige ervaring?
- Heb je minimum vijf jaar werkervaring in een industriële omgeving?
- Heb je ervaring in farmaceutische omgeving? Dit is een absolute troef (GAMP)
- Bezit je zeer goede projectmanagement vaardigheden?
- Heb je technische kennis van PLC Siemens S7 300, 400, 1500, HMI (SCADA, Siemens WinCC en TIA Portal), machines/installatie elektriciteit (oa norm EN60204),.. ?
- Heb je kennis van industriële computer hardware, software en netwerken (profibus, profinet, OPC )?
- Heb je ervaring in farmaceutische omgeving (Validatie, GAMP)?
- Heb je ervaring met servo drives (Simotion, ELAU)?
