**De functie**:
Als Facility Officer ondersteun je onze 23 Belgische Le Pain Quotidien restaurants en het hoofdkantoor. Je ondersteunt de ‘Facility-Health & Safety Manager’ zowel administratief als inhoudelijk. Daarnaast ben je een aanspreekpunt voor de filialen en filiaalmanagers in verband met faciliteits-gerelateerde thema’s.
- Je beheert samen met de FM alle infrastructuur en apparatuur van de vestigingen. Dit rekening houdend met veiligheid, naleving van normen, onderhoud en verbetering met het oog op een veilige en goed werkende omgeving.
- Je staat in contact met techniekers en externe partners.
- Relevante rapporten en procedures coördineren en opstellen in het kader van Facility
- Uitvoeren en opvolgen van de filiaal-audits op vlak van hygiëne en onderhoud.
- Behandelen van allerhande facilitaire vraagstukken zoals monitoring van de energie en water consumptie van filialen, ondersteuning bij organisatie van renovaties en werken,....
- Mede opvolgen en opstellen van de planning van de interne klusjesman.
- Je voert occasioneel audits uit in onze filialen.
**Je profiel**:
- Je hebt een eerste ervaring als administratief medewerker, bij voorkeur op een facilitaire dienst.
- Je hebt een minimum aan technische kennis
- Je functioneert op Bachelor-niveau.
- Je bent administratief en organisatorisch sterk en nauwgezet.
- Je drukt je vlot uit zowel in het Nederlands als het Frans.
- Je bent flexibel zowel naar taakinhoud als werktijden.
- Je bent pragmatisch en oplossingsgericht.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van MS-office.
