**Your new company**

You will work in an innovative parking organization operating located in Zaventem. The company is also located in other countries such as the Netherlands, Germany, France, Ireland, England, and Denmark.

**Your new role**

As a Parking Management System Coordinator you will be responsible for the overall functioning of parking management systems in our parkings. You will manage your agenda as you want and report to the PS/Digital Manager.

Daily operation of PMS:

- Manage and supervise technicians to ensure timely resolution of first-line parking equipment malfunctions and oversee preventive maintenance.
- Handle incidents in Topdesk and escalate to internal or external suppliers when necessary, while monitoring the turnaround time.
- Analyze data from Topdesk to identify equipment that may not be functioning optimally.
- Ensure smooth operations to support the work of internal departments, such as Operations and Sales.

Support for new parkings:

- Guide projects from start to finish and consult with the Operations department to ensure parking installations meet current needs.
- Conduct FAT and SAT tests meticulously before project handover.
- Request quotes from suppliers and follow up on issue resolutions with them.

Professional development:

- Stay up-to-date with the operation of all parking platforms and act as an expert resource for colleagues.
- Monitor emerging trends in the parking industry and assess their feasibility for implementation.
- Cultivate a strong technical interest and actively pursue relevant training to remain up-to-date.

**Your profile**
- Diploma in secondary education (ASO/TSO) or bachelor's degree with experience in the parking sector.
- Understanding of processes and problem-solving skills.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills in Dutch and French (both written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with suppliers.
- Experience in monitoring process progress and activities.
- Possession of a valid driver's license (B) and willingness to travel to our parking garages in Belgium and the headquarters in Zaventem.
