**Votre rôle**
En tant que **Manager Order Delivery & Energy** vous êtes responsable de la **gestion opérationnelle et du coaching** d’une équipe de 12 personnes, elle-même en charge des commandes, de la livraison et du carburant de nos véhicules en flotte sur notre site de travail à Evere.
En étroite collaboration avec votre équipe, vous avez les clés en mains pour **atteindre les objectifs** et, si nécessaire, prendre des mesures pour les ajuster. Vous avez à cœur d’**améliorer la qualité des processus** de travail. Vous initiez et développez de nouveaux projets à cette fin. Vous êtes en partie responsable du **choix et de l'optimisation des outils** utilisés dans votre équipe.
Le client est au centre de nos préoccupations. Entre 15 et 20 000 véhicules, vélos et cartes de carburant sont commandés, enregistrés et livrés chaque année. Vous assurez une **coordination et une organisation** optimale des activités au sein du département. Vous garantissez un **traitement qualitatif et ponctuel** des commandes, des immatriculations et des livraisons des véhicules.
Vous **analysez** les résultats de votre équipe et adaptez votre stratégie pour atteindre les résultats et les volumes. Vous aurez des contacts réguliers avec les **concessionnaires, les clients, les directeurs et les collègues** des autres départements d’ALD.
**Vos qualités**
- Vous avez au **moins 3 ans** d'expérience en tant que Manager Opérationnel.
- Vous êtes un **People Manager** expérimenté et avez une approche directe et transparente, avec laquelle vous pouvez **inspirer et motiver** votre équipe.
- Vous êtes **axé sur les résultats** et aimez les défis. **Respecter les délais fixés n’est pas difficile pour vous.**:
- Vous êtes fort dans l'**optimisation des processus et des outils**, et vous êtes toujours à la recherche de possibilités d'automatisation que vous mettez en œuvre vous-même, et/ou en collaboration avec l'équipe informatique.
- Vous avez une **vision commerciale** et êtes capable de détecter les opportunités.
- Vous contribuez à un **esprit d'équipe dynamique**.
- Vous avez une très bonne connaissance orale et écrite du **NL, FR et EN**.
