Order Delivery

Als Order & Delivery Operator ben je samen met je 12 collega’s verantwoordelijk voor het volledig beheer van de bij ons bestelde voertuigen. Er worden jaarlijks tussen de 15 en 20.000 voertuigen, fietsen en tankkaarten besteld, ingeschreven en afgeleverd. Je staat garant voor een kwalitatieve en tijdige afhandeling deze bestellingen, inschrijvingen en afleveringen van hun voertuig.
Je zorgt ervoor dat alle administratieve stappen van de aan jou toegewezen dossiers correct worden afgehandeld. Je hebt hiervoor veelvuldig telefonisch contact met onze klanten (bestuurders, garages, fleet manager) en natuurlijk je collega’s van andere departementen. Je verzamelt de nodige informatie voor het opmaken van contracten, bestellingen en facturatie.
Daarnaast weet je de kwaliteit van de processen te verbeteren en de systemen verder te optimaliseren. Je krijgt bij ons de ruimte om je ideeën ook zelf in de praktijk te brengen. Je bent een sparringpartner voor de ODE Manager en weet je samen met haar de afdeling naar een hoger niveau te brengen.
**Profiel**
- Je hebt een bachelor diploma en mínimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
- Je hebt een sterk denk
- en redeneervermogen en bent in staat om bestaande processen in kaart te brengen en optimaliseren.
- Je houdt van administratie, organisatie en structuur zijn belangrijk voor je.
- Je kunt omgaan met deadlines en houdt van een stevig werktempo.
- Je bent klantgericht, communicatief vaardig en in staat om met klanten, leveranciers en partners te onderhandelen.
- Je bent probleemoplossend, ondernemend en innovatief ingesteld.
- Je werkt even goed zelfstandig als in een team.
- Je bent perfect tweetalig NL/FR en beheerst vlot het Engels.
