ALD Automotive | LeasePlan is een **toonaangevende** **wereldwijde** **speler** op het gebied van **duurzame** **mobiliteit**. **Jouw functie**

Als **Order & Delivery Manager** ben je verantwoordelijk voor de **operationele leiding en coaching **van de afdeling Order & Delivery & Energy (12 personen) op onze locatie in Evere.

Samen met jouw team weet je de **doelstellingen te realiseren** en onderneem je, indien nodig, actie ter bijsturing. Daarnaast weet je de kwaliteit van de **werkprocessen te verbeteren**. Je initieert hiervoor nieuwe projecten en werkt deze uit. Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor het **kiezen en optimaliseren van de tools** die in jouw team worden gebruikt.

De klant staat bij ons centraal. Er worden jaarlijks tussen de 15 en 20.000 voertuigen, fietsen en tankkaarten besteld, ingeschreven en afgeleverd. Je zorgt voor een optimale **coördinatie en organisatie** van de activiteiten binnen het departement. Je staat garant voor een **kwalitatieve en tijdige** **afhandeling** de bestellingen, inschrijvingen en afleveringen van hun voertuig.

Je **analyseert **de resultaten van jouw team, en past jouw strategie aan om de resultaten en volumes te kunnen behalen. Je hebt regelmatig contact met **dealers, klanten, bestuurders** **en collega’s** van andere departementen van ALD.

**Jouw profiel**
- Je hebt mínimaal **5 jaar ervaring** als Operationeel Manager.
- Je bent een ervaren **People Manager** en hebt een directe en transparante aanpak, waarbij je jouw team weet te **inspireren en motiveren**.
- Je bent **resultaatgericht** en houdt van een uitdaging. Je hebt geen moeite met vooropgestelde **doelstellingen en deadlines**.
- Je bent sterk in het **optimaliseren van processen en tools**, en je kijkt ook steeds uit naar automatisatiemogelijkheden die je zelf, en/of in samenwerking met het IT-team, implementeert.
- Je hebt een **commercieel inzicht** en bent in staat om kansen te detecteren.
- Je draagt bij aan een **dynamische teamspirit**.
- Je hebt zowel gesproken als geschreven een zeer goede kennis van **NL, FR en EN**.
