**_Your function_**
As an
**Order & Delivery Operator,** you and your 12 colleagues are responsible for the complete management of the vehicles ordered. You guarantee a
**qualitative and timely handling** of these orders, registrations and deliveries of their vehicle.
You ensure that all
**administrative steps** of the files assigned to you are handled correctly. You have
**frequent telephone contact** with customers (drivers, garages, fleet manager, etc.) and of course your
**colleagues** from other departments. You collect the necessary information for
**drawing up contracts, orders and invoicing**.
You also know how to improve the
**quality** of the
**processes** and to further optimize the systems. We give you the space to put your ideas into practice yourself. You are a
**sparring partner** for the ODE Manager and you know how to take the department to a higher level together with her.

Your Profile:_**
- You have a bachelor's degree and **at least 2 years of demonstrable experience** in a similar position.
- You have strong **thinking and reasoning skills** and are able to map and optimize existing processes.
- You like **administration,** organization and structure are important to you.
- You can deal with **deadlines** and like a solid work pace.
- You are **customer-oriented**, communicative and able to negotiate with customers, suppliers and partners.
- You are **problem-solving**, enterprising and innovative.
- You work equally well **independently** as in a team.
- You are **perfectly bilingual NL/FR** and fluent in **English**.
