- Bij Harvest Hospitality draait alles om het creëren van memorabele dining experiences. Met onze twee toonaangevende concepten, _**_BAVET_**_ en _**_Oats Day Long_**_, zetten we ons dag na dag in om vernieuwende foodconcepten te ontwikkelen die creativiteit, kwaliteit en duurzaamheid combineren._
- We zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste en creatieve _**_Location & Community Manager_**_ die samen met ons dynamisch Marketing team onze _**_21 locaties_**_ naar een hoger niveau tilt_
- In deze veelzijdige functie werk je onder leiding van de Marketing Manager en in samenwerking met onze Marketing Support. Je speelt een sleutelrol in het versterken van onze brand identity, het verbeteren van de customer journey én het creëren van unieke, herkenbare locaties. Met een passie voor branding, interieur en hospitality en sterke affiniteit met grafisch design, weet je strategisch inzicht te combineren met een hands-on aanpak. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen strategische planning en praktische uitvoering en brengt als creatieve doener elke locatie tot leven_

**Key responsibilities**:
**Location Magician**- Je bezoekt onze locaties drie tot vijf dagen per week **actief**en waakt erover dat deze perfect in lijn zijn met onze brand identity. 21 locaties + jouw creatieve brein =- Je hebt een **sterke affiniteit** met interieurvormgeving. Dankzij jouw oog voor detail en inzicht in design, weet je precies welke decoratieve items, meubels en verlichting te selecteren, aan te kopen en te implementeren die bijdragen aan de unieke sfeer van elke locatie. Daarnaast werk je samen met onze Facility Manager en Marketing Manager aan het ontwerp én realisatie van interieurconcepten voor nieuwe locaties, renovaties, en terras-plannen.- Via je **brand inventaris** en **deployment guide**, geef je duidelijke, brand aligned, richtlijnen naar onze managers zodat ook zij weten hoe ze het BAVET en Oats Day Long karakter binnen onze locaties **laten**_schitteren_**_._- Je staat in voor het creëren van **seasonal vibes** door de juiste seizoensgebonden decoratie te voorzien voor zomer, kerst en andere belangrijke moments.- Een BAVET Superet shop in onze flagship stores? Jij ontwikkelt en beheert ze van A tot Y Of het nu gaat om stockbeheer, het sourcen en aankopen van unieke artikelen, of het bepalen van prijzen: jij regelt het. Daarnaast coördineer je leuke acties en kortingen en zorg je voor packaging en branding die perfect aansluiten bij onze merken. Grote projecten, zoals de **BAVET Superet** of het inrichten van kleinere **retail-hoeken** binnen onze locaties? Dankzij jou komen ze tot leven.- Je analyseert en evalueert de customer journey binnen onze locaties en gaat actief op zoek naar verbeterpunten. Door proactief in te spelen op de behoeften van onze klant én gerichte voorzieningen te implementeren, streef je er naar om elke klant een memorabele ervaring te bezorgen. Je staat daarnaast actief in contact met onze Managers van de verschillende locaties en detecteert juiste acties om in te spelen op hun specifieke noden.- Achter de schermen speel je DJ. Je werkt samen met onze muziekpartner aan een muzikale identiteit die aansluit bij de vibe van onze concepten. Hiervoor pols je regelmatig naar feedback bij onze Managers om de beleving te optimaliseren.**In-house events**

**Community Whisperer**- Onze** info mailbox** = jouw domein. Je regelt alles van groepsreservaties tot klantvragen of eventuele klachten en zorgt dat onze klanten zich gehoord én geholpen voelen. Daarnaast beheer je onze reservatietool **Formitable** vlotjes en optimaliseer je deze waar nodig.- Krijgt een klant een cadeaubon, terugbetaling of Loyalty App-punten? It’s YOUR call- Door het dagelijks opvolgen van reviews in **Guest XM** en **Google My Business** weet je precies hoe blij klanten zijn (of niet). Je analyseert trends, geeft feedback aan managers en ontwikkelt actieplannen om onze klanten nog gelukkiger te maken.- Het versterken van lokale vibes zit in jouw DNA Door een eigen** city initiatives kalender** zet je **lokale acties** op in samenwerking en overleg met Restaurant Managers én ons Marketing team.- Je analyseert en rapporteert de impact van deze initiatieven en gaat steeds op zoek naar nieuwe mogelijkheden om de stad (én onze locaties) nog leuker te maken. Daarnaast ondersteun je de uitdenking en uitwerking van in-house events.
