We zijn op zoek naar een sterke HRIS Product Owner om onze Area te vervoegen en zo samen met een gemotiveerd team onze interne klant te helpen hun HR visie te realiseren.
De HR Product Owner communiceert de voortgang van de opleveringen, organiseert product presentaties, onderhandelt over prioriteiten, financiering en planningen.
**Verantwoordelijkheden**
- Proactieve communicatie met alle belanghebbenden over de hele linie, business owners, de interne klant en het development team om ervoor te zorgen dat de doelen duidelijk zijn en de product visie is afgestemd op de bedrijfsdoelstellingen
- Bouwt effectieve relaties op met de stakeholders binnen HR en het bedrijf om de implementatie en acceptatie van de HRIS oplossingen te borgen
- Nauw samenwerken met de interne klant en stakeholders om hun behoeften te begrijpen en erop te anticiperen en deze te vertalen naar product vereisten
- Vertaalt de product roadmap naar goed gedefinieerde productvereisten, inclusief user stories, features en acceptance criteria dewelke duidelijk zijn voor de development teams
- Bouwt actief mee aan de harmonisatie van de verschillende HR departmenten in België en nederland
- Relevante ervaring als HR Product Owner of gelijkaardige rol in Product Management
- Sterke kennis van HR processen en HR-technologie
- Georganiseerd met het vermogen om de vereisten in een product backlog te verwoorden - Het vermogen om complexe concepten te vertalen in begrijpelijke taal voor de stakeholders
- Uitstekende vaardigheden op het gebied van stakeholder management
