**The role**

Within the environment of our Enterprise Tools, the Product Owner is responsible for maximising the value of these tools by means of, amongst others, effective backlog management and the evolution of these tools within the SD Worx product landscape.

As a member of an international team, the product owner is working closely together with internal stakeholders, the product team as well as other teams to create user stories and to prioritise these for the team, thereby taking into account the support that must be delivered on the yet existing tools and the future plans. Together with the team you take the end-to-end responsibility to further evolve the tools and you follow up on projects from start to finish. You would become Product Owner of the Salesforce Servicecloud domain. The Salesforce Servicecloud team is responsible for the service management in our enterprise value chain (aka lead to cash process), meaning that all questions of our customers around the services they have bought from us are coming though this tool and then are distributed to the correct persons in the company that need to follow up or answer these questions. The main focus is thus making sure that customer request are handled by someone in SD Worx for all countries that we are active in.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Product owner
- Make final decisions on the product development (after listening to the team)
- Illustrate the business context, problem area + possible solution suggestions in close collaboration with the Salesforce Functional Analysts and Developers.
- Co-development of a product vision and synchronise with the tribe lead, product managers and other product owners in other squads, responsible for related product-areas.
- Validation of the product vision with internal customers
- Responsible for the definition and prioritisation of the product backlog
- Responsible for the sprint backlog in terms of priorities and clarity of requirements
- Responsible for the implementation of the product roadmap and release planning
- Responsible for the technical stability of the product
- Define product requirements, taking care of the completeness, integrity and technical consistency
- Participate in sprint planning meetings to confirm priorities and, if needed, clarify requirements
- Communication with stakeholders as well as suppliers of the Enterprise tools within your portfolio
- Participate in the tribe’s roadmap, program and release planning
- Regular and structured reporting on the enterprise tools
- General
- Team focused collaboration in an international and agile team
- Making sure the team understands requirements correctly
- Interaction with other squads, potentially in other tribes within SD Worx
- Responsible for defining necessary competences in the squad together with the scrum master, agile coach and Product manager and tribe lead
- You lead the squad as a team together with the scrum master without HR responsibility (cfr Agile way of working)

**Your profile and added value**
- University degree (Master or bachelor) or equal through experience
- Experience in analysing processes and requirements
- 5 years experience as Product Owner
- Ideally you have experience in Salesforce and service management processes
- Strong communication skills and skills to work in teams, also with other parts of the company
- System-thinking and handling
- Agile thinking and working is a given
- Pragmatic focus on result and achieving the goals
- You know how to work in a multi-cultural and international environment
- You know how to interpret multiple, possibly conflicting, requirements and to prioritise these
- Good knowledge of English, both in speaking and writing
