**Over Auxipress**
Auxipress is het leidende bedrijf in België op het gebied van mediamonitoring en gegevensanalyse. Wij bieden brand intelligence-oplossingen om bedrijven te helpen hun media-impact te begrijpen, de evolutie van hun imago te verbeteren of het te vergelijken met dat van hun concurrenten. **Functie**
De Solutions Development Manager speelt een sleutelrol in het ontwerp, de implementatie en de lancering van innovatieve oplossingen die zijn aangepast aan de marktontwikkelingen, terwijl hij zorgt voor de optimalisatie van de activiteiten en de levenscyclus van de klant.
**Belangrijkste taken**
- Ontwikkelen van innovatieve oplossingen_
- Optreden als projectmanager voor de implementatie van nieuwe oplossingen.
- Verzamelen en prioriteren van de behoeften van klanten en prospects.
- Opstellen van business cases voor nieuwe producten/oplossingen.
- Oplossingen ontwerpen en prototypen.
- Nieuwe oplossingen implementeren of bestaande oplossingen optimaliseren.
- Aanpassen van operationele processen_
- Nieuwe operationele processen definiëren, implementeren en begeleiden
- Beschrijven van de bedrijfsbehoeften in verband met de ontwikkeling van onze oplossingen om de ontwikkelingen van het Tech-team te begeleiden.
- Zorgen voor de coördinatie en efficiëntie van de operationele processen van de nieuwe oplossingen (of de optimalisatie ervan).
- Go-to-market strategie_
- Initiëren en coördineren van go-to-market strategieën.
- Samenwerken met de marketingteams om nieuwe oplossingen te promoten
- Pre-sales ondersteuning_
- Begeleiden en ondersteunen van de verkoopteams tijdens de pre-sales fasen
- Oplossingen presenteren aan klanten en prospects.
- Verkoopondersteunende tools aanpassen aan de klantcontext.
- De levenscyclus van de klant optimaliseren_
- Beoordelen, integreren en implementeren van technologische tools om de klantlevenscyclus te vergemakkelijken: CRM, Customer Care, Tasks Management, Facturatie, etc. en faciliteren van verandermanagement voor de betrokken teams.
**Benodigde vaardigheden**
- Universitair diploma in een technologie-, digitaal, marketing
- of vergelijkbaar vakgebied.
- Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol, idealiter in de marketing
- of technologiesector.
- Uitstekende vaardigheden op het gebied van gegevensbeheer: verzamelen, analyseren en interpreteren van gegevens.
- Het vermogen om zakelijke vereisten te vertalen naar technische specificaties.
- In staat om weloverwogen en proactieve beslissingen te nemen
- Ervaring met het ontwerpen van go-to-market strategieën, het ontwikkelen en lanceren van producten of oplossingen.
- Communicatieve vaardigheden, in staat om technische oplossingen duidelijk en overtuigend te presenteren.
- Het vermogen om te argumenteren en overtuigend te zijn.

- Zelfstandig en flexibel kunnen werken
- Effectief samenwerken met teams van verschillende afdelingen: Tech, Marketing, Sales, Operations, enz.
- Kennis van SQL, Python en Power BI.
- In staat zijn om projecten van begin tot eind te beheren, met bijzondere aandacht voor sturing en coördinatie tussen teams.
- Vlotheid in het Frans en Engels (lezen, spreken en schrijven). Nederlands is een pluspunt.

1 uur durend gesprek met Arnaud (CEO) en Gloria om dieper in te gaan op uw ervaringen uit het verleden en meer te weten te komen over uw ambities + om uw vaardigheden te beoordelen.
