**Objectif du poste**
Le Responsable de Développement de Solutions joue un rôle clé dans la conception, l’implémentation et le lancement de solutions innovantes adaptées aux évolutions du marché, tout en assurant l’optimisation des opérations et du cycle de vie client. Il reporte au CEO.
**Missions principales**
- Développement de solutions innovantes_
- Agir en tant que chef de projet pour la mise en œuvre de nouvelles solutions.
- Recueillir et hiérarchiser les besoins des clients et des prospects.
- Élaborer les business cases pour les nouveaux produits/solutions.
- Concevoir et réaliser des prototypes de solutions.
- Mettre en œuvre de nouvelles solutions ou optimiser les solutions existantes
- Adaptation des processus opérationnels_
- Définir, mettre en œuvre et superviser de nouveaux processus opérationnels
- Décrire les besoins métiers liés à l’évolution de nos solutions pour guider les développements de l’équipe Tech.
- Assurer la coordination et l’efficacité des processus opérationnels des nouvelles solutions (ou leur optimisation).
- Stratégie de mise sur le marché_
- Initier et coordonner les stratégies de go-to-market.
- Collaborer avec les équipes marketing à la promotion des nouvelles solutions
- Support en avant-vente_
- Accompagner et soutenir les équipes commerciales lors des phases d’avant-vente
- Présenter les solutions aux clients et prospects.
- Adapter les outils d’aide à la vente au contexte des clients.
- Optimisation du cycle de vie client_
- Évaluer, intégrer et implémenter les outils technologiques facilitant le cycle de vie client : CRM, Customer Care, Tasks Management, Facturation et faciliter la conduite du changement des équipes concernées.
**Compétences requises**
- Être titulaire d’un diplôme universitaire dans un domaine technologique, digital, marketing ou similaire.
- Expérience de minimum 5 ans dans un rôle similaire, idéalement dans le secteur du marketing ou des technologies.
- Excellentes compétences en gestion de données : collecte, analyse et interprétation de données.
- Capacité à traduire les besoins métiers en cahier des charges techniques
- Capacité à prendre des décisions de manière avisée et proactive
- Expérience dans la conception de stratégies de mise sur le marché, de développement et de lancement de produits ou solutions
- Compétences en communication, capables de présenter des solutions techniques de manière claire et persuasive.
- Capacité à argumenter et est force de persuasion

- Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et flexible.
- Collabore efficacement avec des équipes de différents départements : Tech, Marketing, Commercial, Opérations
- Connaissances en SQL, Python et Power BI.
- Capacité à gérer des projets de bout en bout, avec une attention particulière au pilotage et la coordination inter-équipes.
- Maitrise du français et l’anglais (lu, parlé, écrit) le néerlandais est un plus.
