Als Customer Support Medical Solutions werk je binnen het kloppend hart van ZEISS en ziet iedere dag er anders uit. Je maakt deel uit van de Business Operations Zeiss Benelux.
Als team sta je in voor het **commercieel administratief beheer en klantencontact** voor het productenportfolio binnen **Medical Solutions **op nationaal niveau.
In de Benelux kan je werken op twee locaties**:Breda** in Nederland en **Zaventem** in België. In totaal zijn er zo'n 145 medewerkers werkzaam in de Benelux. Met een volledig digitale werkomgeving staan flexibiliteit en vitaliteit centraal. Je kan zowel **remote als live** connecteren met collega's. **Deeltijdse** **tewerkstelling** is mogelijk.
Functie
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het administratief beheer en verwerking van de contracten in de overeenkomstige systemen en voor het opmaken van offertes voor Zeiss Benelux.
- Daarnaast fungeer je als aanspreekpunt voor alle vragen van klanten en/of collega’s en heb je regelmatig commerciële contacten met klanten zoals universiteiten, ziekenhuizen,
- Dankzij jouw expertise kunnen je collega’s en de klanten zich snel weer richten op hun kernactiviteiten en worden zij maximaal ontzorgd.
- Je werkt nauw samen in een dynamisch team van Contract Administrators & Service Administrators, als onderdeel van de Business Operations (backoffice) binnen Zeiss Benelux. Je wordt ondersteund door de Administration Manager, aan wie je rapporteert.
- Je werkt vanuit één van onze kantoren, naar keuze Zaventem (B) of Breda (NL). Je hebt verder de mogelijkheid tot 2 dagen van thuis uit te werken.
Profiel
- Je beschikt over een Bachelor Diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je bent vlot in administratieve taken en doorziet de ondersteunende processen.
- Je hebt oog voor detail en gaat nauwkeurig te werk.
- Je hebt bij voorkeur gewerkt in een commerciële omgeving en bent zeer klantgericht.
- Je bent stressbestending en kan de nodige prioriteiten stellen.
- Je bent een echte teamplayer en wordt erkend voor jouw leergierigheid en enthousiasme.
- Bij voorkeur heb je ervaring met CRM systemen en/of SAP/ERP systemen.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het Belgische deel van de Benelux organisatie, en kan jezelf vloeiend uitdrukken in het Nederlands en Frans, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
