**About the role...**:
- As Director of Product Transformation, you will drive strategic initiatives to lead the Dstny product & development organization towards a more customer-centric model for delivering products and improve its ability to operate. You will, based on market and internal inputs crystallize the vision, lead roadmap design and set-up right ways-of-working / org design to drive it to tangible resultsIn this role, it will be essential to partner with stakeholders from across the company (e.g., product, finance, sales, operations, marketing etc.) to define product transformation objectives, success metrics, and develop a strategy to achieve those goals. You will leverage your expertise in product management, agile ways of working, change management, strategy, and execution to facilitate hard conversations and lead your partners through change.
These activities are aligned with the greater objective of becoming a more effective and higher performing product organization, and are part of Dstny’s transformation journey as fast-growing, ambitious international technology group.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Lead discussions in strategic planning, facilitate decision making, and help execute product transformation plans.-
- Evangelize the vision, mission, and objectives and gain support for product transformation objectives.
- Lead a product / development area and drive the transformation leveraging roadmapping, WoW and org design
- Mobilize stakeholders across Dstny (business units, enabling functions,) and ensure initiative owners design & deliver the right outcome on behalf of the transformation agenda.
- Conduct strategic assessments and develop recommendations to drive the transformation program.
- Consult on Product Management best practices and bring a point of view on “what does a good product organization look like”
- Support the full-company quarterly roadmap steering cadence from product perspective, brought to life to create full transparency on roadmap progress, upcoming priorities and implementation dependencies.
- Support Executive Team in identifying and resolving the right priority calls and (resource) trade-offs to steer the overall product transformation.**What we're looking for in you...**:
- Proven experience (10+ years) in product management and strategic project management and delivery, ideally in strategy consulting.
- Strong technical understanding that complements business acumen to identify opportunities, make informed decisions, and deliver high impact results.
- Previous experience leading agile, product, digital, and/or business transformation.
- Proven experience driving organizational change at a large company.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Credibility to collaborate with senior stakeholders, and strong relationship building skills to create a rapport with the initiative owners.
- Thrive and proven success in a high matrixed and global organization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive decision-making.
- Natural intellectual curiosity, initiative, and love for learning new skills and capabilities.
