**Product Managers at TechWolf **are driven by solving hard complex problems for our customers. We expect Product Managers to take end to end ownership of their products, from deciding what we build, to understanding the depths of how we’re building it and being obsessed with how it is used. The product role at TechWolf is central to our success. Every product manager should be the CEO of their product - acting like a founder, thinking like a customer.
As the **Technical Product Manager** you will be responsible for the foundation of the TechWolf product. Integrations are bi-directional within our product - we need to build robust, scalable integrations in order for our AI teams to infer skills from and we use these integrations to also synchronise data to our customers systems to power a wide array of use cases at our customers.
**What you'll do**
- Be responsible for working with an engineering team to build out integrations in a scalable way into our customers HR and Business systems.
- Make strategic decisions about which integrations to prioritise - this includes working with and building relationships with integration partners (both from a data source perspective and from a data synchronisation perspective).
- This is a complex role that will require you to deeply understand user needs and collaborate across teams at TechWolf & often across teams at our customers.
- Spend significant time with senior customer stakeholders to discuss roadmap strategy, direct users to understand their pain points & needs in order to build delightful experiences
**We're looking for someone who**:
- Brings **4+ years of experience in a product role**.
- Has experience **building platform and/or API products** - this means they have a strong understanding of how API products work.
- Ideally they have spent time in a role building out partnerships with other providers from a product integration perspective.
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precise articulation of customer problems.
- Enjoys being a generalist working on whatever it takes to solve problems and delight customers
- Is **based in Belgium**, and can work from the Ghent office a few days each week.
- Is eager to occasionally travel to our London office.
