Your areas of responsibilities include:

- **Supervise and lead **the reception and bar team, providing guidance, training, and support. Ensure the team delivers exceptional guest service, while the greet standard of service is consistently met and exceeded.
- In the absence of the General Manager, you'll step in, **ensuring the hotel's smooth and efficient operation**, maintaining our commitment to sustainability, and enhancing our community-centric ethos.
- **Work operationally **within the team, demonstrating a flexible and proactive approach to all aspects of hotel management.

- Previous experience in hospitality service is required and your passion for our mission is essential. A background in Accor hotels is highly valued.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch or French.
- The agility to switch between leadership and hands-on operational tasks seamlessly.

- A problem-solver with a guest-first mindset, capable of innovating and adapting in a dynamic environment.
