Notre agence est spécialisée dans le marketing d’influence, mobilisant des milliers de consommateurs. Nous élaborons des campagnes stratégiques pour des marques de premier plan telles que Nestlé, Nespresso, Purina, Mars, Miracoli, Materne, Florette et plus de 50 autres.

Situé au 9ᵉ étage de la “Royale Belge” à Bruxelles, nous offrons un environnement de travail exceptionnel comprenant : un food market (FOX), des restaurants, un centre de fitness de premium (MIX) et une vue panoramique sur Bruxelles.

**Ta mission**:
Tu seras responsable de la gestion de diverses campagnes marketing, de la planification jusqu'à leur réalisation et leur analyse.
- Tu diriges les réunions clients pour harmoniser la vision, les objectifs et les stratégies d’exécution.
- Tu assures une supervision rigoureuse de chaque campagne, garantissant non seulement le respect des deadlines mais aussi l’excellence des résultats obtenus.
- Tu coordonnes les différents talents de notre équipe - graphiste, copywritter, media buyer et partenaire logistique.
- Tu développes les relations avec les clients, en te positionnant comme leur interlocuteur privilégié et en veillant à leur entière satisfaction.

Par ailleurs, 20 % de ton activité sera dédiée à l’enrichissement de nos projets internes, contribuant ainsi directement à l'expansion et à l'innovation au sein de notre agence.

**Tu as**:

- Entre 2 et 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans une agence ou un département marketing, démontrant une solide base en gestion de projet.
- Une attention exceptionnelle aux détails reflétant un fort désir de livrer des campagnes de haute qualité.
- De solides compétences en marketing. Tu sais comment créer du contenu engageant. Tu te sens confiant.e à l'idée de challenger le travail de nos créatifs.
- De fortes capacités organisationnelles, adeptes de la gestion de multiples projets avec efficacité et flexibilité.
- Une volonté de réussir. Un état d'esprit orienté vers les objectifs, prêt à contribuer à nos ambitieux plans de croissance.
- Une parfaite connaissance du français ou du néerlandais avec un niveau correct dans la seconde langue. Tu parles couramment anglais.

**Processus de recrutement**:

- Étape 1 : Un appel vidéo pour faire connaissance.
- Étape 2 : Rencontre dans nos bureaux avec un des fondateurs et la Head of Campaign Management.
- Étape 3 : Étude de cas. Si le feeling passe des deux côtés, nous t’enverrons une étude de cas pour que nous puissions te voir en action.
- Étape 4 : Entretien final dans nos bureaux.
