**Campaign Project Manager**

Wij zijn een communicatiebureau gespecialiseerd in influencer marketing, waarbij we duizenden consumenten mobiliseren. We ontwikkelen strategische campagnes voor toonaangevende merken zoals Nestlé, Nespresso, Purina, Mars, Miracoli, Materne, Florette en meer dan 50 anderen.

Ons kantoor bevindt zich op de 9e verdieping van de "Royale Belge" in Brussel. Wij bieden een uitzonderlijke werkomgeving met onder andere een food market (FOX), restaurants, een premium fitnesscentrum (MIX) en een panoramisch uitzicht over Brussel.

Influencer marketing richt zich steeds meer op authentieke consumentenervaringen. Merken erkennen de kracht van de aanbeveling van hun producten door echte mensen.

**Onze ambitie**:
Onze ambitie is gedurfd, maar eenvoudig: We willen het toonaangevende bureau voor ambassadeurscampagnes in Europa worden in de komende vijf jaar.

**Jouw missie**:
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van diverse marketingcampagnes, van planning tot uitvoering en analyse.
- Je leidt vergaderingen met klanten om visie, doelstelling en uitvoering met elkaar af te stemmen.
- Je houdt toezicht op de volledige campagne, zorgt ervoor dat doelstellingen worden gehaald en dat de resultaten de verwachtingen overtreffen.
- Je coördineert de verschillende talenten in ons team - ontwerpers, copywriters, media buyers en logistieke partners.
- Je bouwt relaties op met klanten door het belangrijkste aanspreekpunt te zijn en hun tevredenheid te garanderen.

Je besteedt ook 20% van je tijd aan het bijdragen aan interne projectontwikkeling en actief deelnemen aan de groei en evolutie van onze start-up.

**Je hebt**:

- Tussen 2 en 5 jaar professionele ervaring in een bureau of marketingafdeling en toont een goede basis in projectmanagement.
- Uitzonderlijke aandacht voor detail en een sterke wens om hoogwaardige campagnes te leveren.
- Sterke marketingvaardigheden. Je weet hoe je boeiende content moet creëren en voelt je zelfverzekerd genoeg om het werk van onze creatives uit te dagen.
- Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden, bedreven in het efficiënt en flexibel beheren van meerdere projecten.
- Een wil om te slagen. Een doelgerichte mentaliteit, klaar om bij te dragen aan onze ambitieuze groeiplannen.
- Een perfecte beheersing van Frans of Nederlands met een goede beheersing van de tweede taal. Je spreekt vloeiend Engels.

- 2: Ontmoeting in ons kantoor met de oprichters en het Hoofd Campaign Management.
- 3: Case study: Als er bij beide kanten een goed gevoel is, sturen we je een case study zodat we je in actie kunnen zien.
- 4: Laatste interview in ons kantoor.
