**About the role**
As Product Manager for Medication Management Solutions (MMS), you will be responsible for developing and executing Benelux marketing strategy to drive the business, working closely together with the Benelux commercial team and the EU Marketing Organization. You will generate and use market and customer insights to develop and implement marketing tactics to achieve the sales and gross profit budgets, will work closely together with the Account Managers, Clinical Specialists, Marketing team on all product-related activities, and will assist with budgeting and forecasting. You will ensure the successful execution of innovative and customer-centric marketing strategies which deliver tangible differentiation and value creation for the total BD MMS portfolio in the Benelux market. You will report to the Marketing Manager MMS.
**Main responsibilities will include**:
- You develop and execute marketing strategies & tactics that support business growth objectives in the short to medium term, and actively support the long-term range planning for your product portfolio.
- You collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders from the supply chain to customer service, legal department, and regional marketing.
- You initiate market development activities and are responsible for launching new product lines and solutions, in close collaboration with the Marketing Manager MMS, European marketing team & local commercial team.
- You are a strong partner in financial budgeting and forecasting for your product portfolio.
- You become the champion for your products and market:
- Support the sales force in terms of optimal tactical deployment of strategies
- Facilitate the overall communication of information about the market, products, and related marketing activities to the team;
- Share and exchange best practices with the sales team;
- Provide strategic sales support, i.e. strategic tender support & customer vision presentations;
- Dedicate time and interaction with KOLs and external parties;
- Identify macro trends, analyze the market and competitive data and consolidate findings to support the marketing strategy development;
- Communicate to EU marketing team trends, competition behaviors, change in environment, feedback from the field, learning from campaigns, as well as customer needs and insights;
**About you**
- A minimum of 5 years experience in marketing, preferably in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare IT industry
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Action-oriented with a drive for results and a strong customer focus
- Strong analytical skills, with technical marketing acumen
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience of working in a large matrix organization
- Developed project management skills.
- Experience with omnichannel selling & marketing and a track record of integrating digital
- Experience in marketing complex solutions to technical decision-makers by aligning and reinforcing the value of the solution to the customer’s overall business
- Master’s degree in marketing, business, or related fields is a plus
- Knowledge of the healthcare market or healthcare IT industry is a plus
- Evidence-based track record in solution selling and cross-functional selling is a plus
