As Digital Journey Analyst, you’ll join the _**_Digital Journey Management team _**_, overseeing the digital journey efforts for Telenet’s Residential and Small Office, Home Office commercial markets. Telenet aims to become a digitally-focused company, allowing you to contribute to this transformation. _
- The _**_Digital Journey Analyst _**_is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting customer data to generate actionable insights to ensuring the successful execution of our digital journey strategies for Telenet. You are an experienced digital analyst with a strong grasp of how digital journeys influence the customer experience and basic data collection knowledge. _
**_Your Responsibilities as a Digital Journey Analyst: _**
- **_Collaborating with journey managers, business stakeholders, and product owners _**_, you ensure they can make data-driven decisions that enhance the digital journey. You translate their business objectives into _**_measurable KPIs _**_, both for specific projects and ongoing activities, with a clear focus on optimizing the customer journey. _
- _You _**_analyze customer data _**_to map out digital journeys, identifying key touchpoints and user behaviors. You collect, analyze, and visualize data within a digital omnichannel context. _
- _You create and automate _**_digital reporting _**_, ensuring the quality and relevance of data and reports. Your focus is on continuously improving the methodology, dashboards, and data insights. _
- _As a Digital Journey Analyst, you _**_train, support, and advise business stakeholders _**_on building digital analytics reports, formulating business requirements, and interpreting data related to digital journeys. _
- _You work closely with various internal teams to provide a _**_coherent view of the digital end-to-end customer experience. _**_You monitor data proactively and identify pain points in the journey. You propose improvements, allowing stakeholders to analyze digital customer behavior across all touchpoints. _
- _You _**_aggregate and organize data _**_from various sources (Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare, search, advertising, Qlik, CRM, etc.).**_Our Ideal Digital Journey Analyst: _**
- _You have a _**_minimum of 3 years of experience in digital (customer) data analysis _**_. _
- _You have strong analytical skills and think critically. You solve problems effectively, especially in mapping and improving digital experiences. _
- _You have experience using _**_analytical tools _**_(preferably Adobe Analytics, Qlik and Contentsquare). _
- _You are a true team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues from various teams, both from a business and a more analytical background. _
- _You can demonstrate _**_strong communication and presentation skills _**_. You enjoy making data understandable for the business and are happy to mentor less experienced colleagues. _
- _You are willing to further develop skills in a team-oriented, _**_rapidly changing environment _**_. You are also able to navigate complex situations with ease. _
