**How You Will Make An Impact**_There are many ways for you to get involved:_
- Je bewaakt binnen jouw rol als Ground Support Agent de Ramp Handling activiteiten (Aircraft rotations, Bagage afhandeling, catering, cleaning, ramp operations, correct gebruik van delay codes, ULD inventaris, schadegevallen, etc.);
- Je hebt een brede blik op de processen binnen het Ramp Handling gebeuren en streeft steeds de hoogst haalbare prestaties na op het gebied van veiligheid, kwaliteit, doorlooptijden, efficiëntie en kosten;
- Binnen deze functie heb je tevens een continue oog voor optimalisatie van alle ramp handling-activiteiten met als doel de klantentevredenheid en quality assurance van onze organisatie steeds te overstijgen;
- Je neemt deel aan of vertegenwoordigt het Ground Operations departement bij vergaderingen met leveranciers en overlegmomenten die verband houden met de luchthaven. Hierover rapporteer je aan de Ground Operations Manager;
- Je kijkt erop toe dat jijzelf en onze ramp handling partners onze bedrijfscultuur, visie en waarden uitdragen naar onze passagiers en collega’s toe;
- Je fungeert als SPOC voor onze in en externe stakeholders op de luchthaven.

- Je hebt mínimaal een A2 diploma en een sterke affiniteit met de luchtvaart;
- Indien je ervaring kan voorleggen binnen een soortgelijke afdeling/functie beschouwen we dit als een pluspunt;
- Je beheerst het Nederlands, Frans en Engels zeer vlot, zowel gesproken als geschreven;
- Je staat stevig in je schoenen, bent communicatief sterk aangelegd en hebt een goed evenwicht tussen gestructureerd werken en improviseren;
- Je bent gebeten door de luchtvaart en hebt een klantvriendelijke, professionele en representatieve houding;
- Je bent flexibel in je werkuren (shiften), hebt oog voor detail en neemt graag initiatief;
- Met je analytisch vermogen detecteer je problemen snel en pakt die volhardend aan;
- Je hebt een gepaste houding tegenover de gegeven vrijheid, autoriteit en verantwoordelijkheid;
- Ook al werk je vaak zelfstandig, je draagt teamwork en coördinatie hoog in het vaandel en deelt graag ervaring en kennis met je collega’s.
