As a Management Assistant you will report directly to the Director-General.

**Responsibilities**:

- Arrange logístical support to ESIA internal meetings, hotel block bookings, participation list, etc.
- Database management, updating member & external contact lists, etc.
- Follow-up of invoices, payments, and reports with the accountant / Director-General
- Office stationary and supplies management
- Handling of incoming phone calls, first contact point for visitors
- Assist with the organisation of external events, meetings and workshops, incl. the organisation of World Semiconductor Council (WSC) meetings
- Assist with preparation of agenda’s, presentations, etc.
- Update agenda, organisation of travel for the Director-General
- Follow-up of IT issues
- Additional tasks as outlined by the Director-General

**Profile**
- Excellent written and spoken English and French skills. Additional language skills are an asset
- Professional experience in a similar role, ideally in the context of European affairs and / or with member associations in an international environment
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Publisher) and basic IT skills
- Relevant experience in conference planning and event organisation
- Accurate, well-organised, and reliable team player
- Willingness to travel
