**Role Overview**
**We are looking for**:
- An experienced Group Data Privacy Officer with a Law Degree and/or Master’s Degree in Ethics and Compliance or equivalent.
- A certified Information Privacy Professional/Officer or Data Protection Officer is a plus.
- Someone with 5+ years' experience in-house in a Data Privacy Compliance role, with extensive experience and knowledge in Data Privacy demonstrating leadership.
**We count on you for**:
- Defining and overseeing the implementation of the Group Privacy Policy and strategy globally.
- Setting up and leading the Group Data Protection and Privacy Office.
- Preparing and leading the Data Protection & Privacy Board.
- Analyzing and overseeing implementation of all applicable laws pertaining to business operations.
- Collaborating with the various business managers to identify potential areas of compliance risk within the organization.
- Acting as liaison with governments and external stakeholders.
- Providing advice & arbitration on Privacy Compliance issues when needed.
- Ensuring that compliance efforts are appropriately documented and monitored.
- Training organization employees on Data Privacy compliance requirements.
- Ensuring a global communication plan for policies and procedures related to Privacy Compliance.
- Collaborating with other departments to direct compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution.

**You will bring**:
- Good knowledge of Privacy laws and regulations affecting business operations.
- Experience analyzing, managing and implementing compliance programs across a complex organization with a global presence.
- Experience working internationally and/or has spent significant time working with international business partners to develop and oversee implementation of corporate programs across divisions and globally.
- Aims high with integrity, business-oriented, and a team player with strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize tasks and projects, act, communicate, and influence in a complex environment.
- Executive level in oral and written communication, and fluent in spoken and written English.
- Conceptual, strategic, and analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
