**Quelle est votre mission?**:

- Vous travaillez pour le Centre Institutionnel de CBC Banque en tant qu’expert.e en conseil en investissement auprès de personnes morales. Vos clients sont des entreprises privées, publiques ou actives dans le Non-Marchand.
Votre mission en tant que Conseiller en investissement pour personnes morales repose sur les 4 piliers suivants:

- le conseil spécialisé auprès de notre clientèle professionnelle,
- la vente proactive de solutions sur mesure dans un cadre contractuel ou transactionnel,
- la maîtrise du cadre réglementaire Mifid
- la capacité à établir une relation de confiance à long terme.

Vous contribuez à la notoriété de la Banque par votre présence aux événements de CBC susceptibles de favoriser l’acquisition de nouveaux clients.

- Vous accordez la plus grande attention à la maîtrise du risque opérationnel et participez à l’amélioration des processus du Centre Institutionnel.
- Vous êtes proactif.ve dans le développement de votre portefeuille et fidélisez votre clientèle existante.
- Vous prospectez activement les personnes morales en collaboration avec le réseau d’agences.
- Vous apportez une information pointue à propos des investissements en cours et/ou de la situation des marchés financiers.
- Vous faites preuve de créativité et participez à la construction de solutions sur mesure.
- Vous contribuez activement au développement de l’esprit d’équipe
- Vous suivez l’actualité économique au quotidien.
- Vous développez un réseau de relations professionnelles internes et externes.

**Vos atouts?**:

- Vous êtes titulaire d’un Master à orientation économique et avez idéalement une expérience bancaire ou financière reconnue de 5 ans au minimum.
- Vous disposez d’une très bonne culture générale, des marchés financiers et de connaissances macro-économiques. Une bonne connaissance des directives MIFID et des personnes morales est un atout.
- Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques nécessaires à l’exercice de la fonction (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Vous êtes fortement orienté.e résultats et considérez chaque objectif comme un nouveau challenge à atteindre.
- Autonome, vous gérez votre agenda et vos priorités. Vous êtes organisé.e et assurez un suivi administratif de qualité.
- Vous avez l’esprit d’équipe et savez faire preuve d’intelligence émotionnelle.
- Vous possédez un sens aigu du service.
- Vous êtes favorable à la formation continue et à la mise à jour quotidienne de vos connaissances.
