Overview:
EXPLEO Belgium is looking for a SCRUM MASTER to join a dynamic and expanding team in Brussels.
Do you want to be part of a young and dynamic team within a company with an international presence? Do you want to highlight your skills as a Scrum Master en take part in challenging digital transformations? Do you have more than 3 years of experience in an agile context? This job is for you Reporting to our customer success managers, the Scrum Master leads one to 2 squads in software or product delivery contextes, the Scrum Master will perform the following duties.
**Responsibilities**
- Play a role of delivery owner X-squads
- Set up and facilitate the Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint
- Review, Sprint Planning, Retrospective) and other meetings schedule and follow the key steps of the methodology
- Guarantee a smooth use of the Scrum methodology and help the Project Team face any obstacles provide assistance or support to the Product Owner concerning the Product Backlog
- assist and support the team in the delivery of the Definition of Done (DoD), Sprint Backlog, etc.
- track team capacity and velocity metrics for planning and progresspurposes
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or any related field or equivalent experience.
- English is required and French or Dutch is considered as an asset
- Sound knowledge of software development methodology
- Sound knowledge of project management methodology Key to combine Agile coaching aspect and ownership of the delivery.
- Experience in big companies (to be able to manage the dependencies in a complex organization).
- Experience with multi-cultural teams.
- Good Agile mindset.
