Dan ben jij de IT Business Partner die wij zoeken.
- Als Business Partner bij G4S ben jij de spil tussen business en IT en vertaal je business vraagstukken in optimale business oplossingen met de juiste IT ondersteuning.
- Je organiseert projecten die een strategische bijdrage leveren aan G4S ter ondersteuning van de primaire en secundaire bedrijfsprocessen.
- In deze veelzijdige functie ben je de spil tussen business en IT. Je stemt met de betrokken stakeholders op een adequate wijze de business
- en IT strategie af. Je werkt samen met hen en met je IT collega’s om de gemeenschappelijke noden van de business te kunnen begrijpen. Bijgevolg breng je deze noden in kaart om dan de juiste IT oplossingen te kunnen uittekenen. Je komt tot oplossingen die een optimale balans zijn tussen business behoeften en de (global) IT strategie. Je werkt in een internationale IT organisatie met collega’s in binnen en buitenland. Hierbij is jouw gevoel voor de organisatie en de verschillende culturen van groot belang.
- Je stemt met de opdrachtgever en met de stuurgroep leden af wat de kaders zijn van de projecten. In deze rol leid, coördineer en integreer je diverse complexe, integrale projecten op het gebied van bedrijfsprocessen, techniek en/of productontwikkeling.
- Daarnaast bewaak je de doorlooptijd, de kosten, budgettering, kwaliteit, projectorganisatie en eventuele juridische aspecten van de projecten.
- In deze functie ben je inhoudelijk betrokken bij het uitvoeren van business analyse, bepaal je de resourcebehoefte en draag jij als IT Business Partner de zorg voor het gehele projectplan en planning en blijf je de implementatie aansturen tot aan het einde van het project.
- In deze functie rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Regional CIO NW - Europa. Vanuit deze rapportagelijn ben je als IT Business Partner betrokken bij het cluster België, Luxemburg en Frankrijk. Daarbij heb je ook contact met collega IT Business Partners in andere landen binnen Europa.
**Wat we zoeken**:
- Je hebt ongeveer 7 tot 10 jaar werkervaring als projectmanager en/of consultant.
- Je bent in staat om te werken in een omgeving met complexe ICT-gerelateerde projecten.
- Je bent goed in het analyseren van bedrijfsprocessen en systemen en zoekt hiervoor oplossingen.
- Jouw focus ligt op het resultaat en je durft beslissingen te nemen.
- Je communiceert graag met de verschillende teams (ook internationaal) en je kan je uitdrukken in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
