Onze klant is een toonaangevend bedrijf actief binnen de automotive sector.
Dit bedrijf is gelegen in regio Vilvoorde.
Als **IT Business Analist** heb je een **belangrijke rol in het uitbouwen van nieuwe functionaliteiten** **en aanpassingen** in de systemen. Je gaat ook een belangrijke rol spelen in de analyse van het rental proces voor de **transitie naar een nieuw ERP systeem**.
- In overleg met de interne departementen identificeer je de noden en gebruikersbehoeften m.b.t. de IT-systemen;
- Je voert gesprekken en organiseert meetings om alle noodzakelijke informatie te verzamelen;
- Je beschrijft en **analyseert knelpunten en verbeteringskansen** in de huidige bedrijfsprocessen;
- Je werkt de **business-analyse** uit, **detecteert opportuniteiten** en verbeteringsmogelijkheden en vertaalt deze naar een functionele beschrijving;
- Je maakt gebruik van **Business Process Modelling** technieken om efficiëntie verhoging in kaart te brengen.
- Binnen het projectteam volg je de vooruitgang mee op.
- In je team en in nauw overleg met de projectmanager **coördineer en beheer je mee de projecten van A tot Z.** Je waakt samen over de tijdige en correcte uitvoering van alle taken, en over het budget.
- Je organiseert mee de acceptatietesten, in nauw overleg met de business en de test-coördinatoren.
- Je blijft voortdurend op de hoogte van de **recente ontwikkelingen** in jouw vakgebied.
Profiel
- Je beschikt over een **Masterdiploma** of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
- Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring in Business analyse of consultancy in de dienstensector;
- Je kan jezelf perfect uitdrukken in het Nederlands, Frans en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
- Kennis van of ervaring binnen de automobielsector wordt ervaren als een plus;
- Je hebt ervaring met processen, behoefteanalyses en de validatie van functionele tests;
- Je hebt ervaring met het bevragen van eindgebruikers en het organiseren van workshops;
- Je hebt ervaring met de Agile project aanpak;
- Je bent vertrouwd met bepaalde proces-, analyse
- en testtechnieken.
- Je bent proactief, communicatief en werkt graag in een dynamisch team.
- Je werkt methodisch en gestructureerd, je let op details.
- Je respecteert deadlines en bent in staat prioriteiten te stellen.
