Bij SMT, de marktleider in full-service distributie van topmerken zoals Volvo, Sennebogen en Holms voor bouw, material handling en recyclage, zijn we op zoek naar een **voltijds** dynamische en gedreven **Business Analyst - Innovatieve Projecten** (m/v/x) om ons groeiende marketing team te versterken.

Als Business Analyst bij SMT speel je een cruciale rol in diverse projecten die gericht zijn op de voortdurende verbetering en innovatie van onze producten en diensten. Je werkt nauw samen met key users in verschillende regio's, het Project Management Office en het Business Development Steering Committee. Je krijgt de kans om betrokken te zijn bij opwindende projecten, zoals het professionaliseren van ons online klantenplatform, de ontwikkeling van SMT ProCare, en het beheren en verbeteren van machinedata.
- Coördinerende rol voor het creëren, bijhouden en indien nodig bijwerken van documentatie in het aangewezen gebied.
- Regelmatige vergaderingen met key users om problemen te identificeren en suggesties voor verbeteringen vast te leggen.
- Fungeren als escalatiepunt voor key users indien nodig.
- Deelnemen aan vergaderingen met peergroepen uit andere SMT-regio's om ideeën en vereisten te delen en consensus te bereiken.
- Ontwikkelen van Business Requirement Documents en afstemmen met PMO TEC en leveranciers.
- Eigenaar van User Acceptance Testing (UAT) voor nieuwe ontwikkelingen.
- Uitvoeren van Business Case-evaluaties en implementeren van continue verbeteringen.
- Proactief identificeren van kansen in de markt.
- Opstellen van een communicatieplan, trainen van key users en documenteren van processen.

Om te schitteren in deze rol heb je:

- 3-5 jaar ervaring als Business Analyst - Project Manager
- Ervaring in het werken met verschillende teams
- Ervaring met het in de markt zetten van nieuwe producten/diensten
- Bachelor/Master, bij voorkeur in Business Analyse
- IT-affiniteit (systeemtechnische kennis)
- Gestructureerd en oog voor detail
- Analytisch denkvermogen
- Communicatief
- Respecteert deadlines en in staat om prioriteiten te stellen
