Dan zijn we op zoek naar jou HEMA is op zoek naar een Training & Development Specialist om haar energieke HR Team op het Support Office regio Brussel te vervolledigen.

Als Learning en Development Specialist maak je deel uit van ons HR-team en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerp en de uitvoering van ons training
- en ontwikkelingsprogramma voor de Belgische en Luxemburgse medewerkers. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega’s om een dynamisch en up-to-date opleidingsaanbod te realiseren dat zowel onze winkels als het Support Office ondersteunt.

**Wat ga je doen?**
- **Ontwikkelen en beheren van opleidingsplannen**: Je stelt een gedetailleerde opleidingskalender op en organiseert trainingen voor zowel nieuwe als bestaande medewerkers.
- **Performance
- & talentmanagement**: Je zorgt ervoor dat opleiden, beoordelen en verbeteren naadloos op elkaar aansluiten en dat onze toptalenten klaar zijn voor de HEMA van de toekomst.
- **Samenwerken met interne en externe partners**: Je zoekt de juiste partners om jouw opleidingsplannen tot leven te brengen en zorgt voor een optimaal financieel plan dat de kosten beheert. Onze collega’s uit Nederland helpen ook graag mee.
- **Logistieke ondersteuning bieden**: Van het reserveren van locaties tot het voorzien van opleidingsmateriaal, jij zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt.
- **Workshops uitwerken en geven**: Je ontwikkelt en faciliteert zelf ook workshops, waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat de inhoud relevant en boeiend is voor de deelnemers. Je hebt geen last van podiumvrees en voelt je comfortabel bij het geven van presentaties voor diverse groepen.
- **Evaluatie en optimalisatie**: Je evalueert continu de effectiviteit van de trainingen en past ze aan waar nodig om te blijven voldoen aan de behoeften van de organisatie.
- **Administratie en rapportage**: Je houdt een nauwkeurige administratie bij en zorgt voor correcte rapportage, inclusief het opstellen van de sociale balans en het indienen van subsidiedossiers.

- Je hebt een bachelor denkniveau en enkele jaren relevante ervaring in training en development, of relevante retail ervaring.
- Je werkt zelfstandig en oplossingsgericht, en je vindt het een uitdaging om actief mee te denken over het beleid en de invulling van je rol.
- Je werkt gestructureerd en weet prioriteiten te stellen.
- Je communiceert vlot en kunt je boodschap goed afstemmen op verschillende doelgroepen.
- Je hebt geen podiumangst en voelt je op je gemak bij het geven van presentaties en workshops.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van digitale tools, zowel voor je eigen werk als voor training en development toepassingen.
- Je bent flexibel en bereid om je expertise ook in te zetten om andere afdelingen te ondersteunen.
- Je bent tweetalig Nederlands-Frans (kennis van Engels is een plus).
