We’re looking for a **Supply Planner Benelux**. You will be part of our Demand Planning team BNL (Supply Chain team) based in Brussels, with occasionally traveling to Utrecht, Netherlands and will report directly to the Supply Chain Team Lead BNL Pim Jansen.

The Supply Planner is responsible for matching supply with demand ensuring a good customer service level, while maintaining a healthy stock level. As Supply Planner you are the connecting person between our Global Supply team (who coordinates with our factories) and local sales and marketing teams.

**_ Main responsibilities:_**
- _ Identify service issues and risks by monitoring out-of-stock situations and liaise with Global Supply teams or Procurement to resolve or mitigate them_
- _ Ensure customer orders are fulfilled with mínimal disruption by working closely with customer service and sales teams_
- _ Monitor slow moving-, obsolete
- and aging stocks and propose improvement actions_
- _ Propose and implement actions to improve the Portfolio health_
- _ Plan and oversee third-party supply of finished goods to warehouses in the Benelux region_
- _ Optimize 3rd Party Manufacturing flows with a focus on service, cost, and cash_
- _ Participate in network study to determine optimal location of warehouses for 3rd Party Manufacturing products _

For this role we are looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

- _ Bachelor's or master's Degree (Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, (Business) Economics, Engineering)_
- _ Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in Supply Chain or Operation roles_
- _ Strong focus on efficiency and value chain optimization_
- _ Customer centric mindset - our customer happiness is at the heart of everything we do_
- _ An excellent ability to manage and influence stakeholders (internal & external) and building lasting trustful relationships_
- _ Demonstrated ability to deliver results in an ambiguous environment_
- _ Good analytical skills, break down complex problems to get to the root cause of it_
- _ You are fluent in English. Dutch and French are a plus_
