Het kantoor legt zich toe op sociaal recht en vennootschapsrecht en heeft binnen het Employment team tevens een bijzondere expertise uitgebouwd in het ambtenarenrecht.

Met een sterk gemotiveerd team van ervaren en meertalige advocaten bieden wij gespecialiseerd advies aan voornamelijk grote en middelgrote bedrijven, zowel in binnen
- als buitenland.

Naast L&E Global heeft het kantoor heeft ook nog andere uitstekende internationale contacten en werkt samen met advocatenkantoren en organisaties over de hele wereld.

Het kantoor wenst momenteel haar Employment team te versterken met een Nederlandstalige advocaat met ervaring.

**Jouw functie**

Je maakt deel uit van het Employment team. Als Senior Associate Employment adviseer je en sta je onze cliënten bij in volgende domeinen:

- Individueel arbeidsrecht, met inbegrip van:

- Arbeidsovereenkomsten;
- Individuele ontslagen;
- Werving en selectie;
- Arbeidstijd;
- Terbeschikkingstelling en uitzendarbeid;
- Schijnzelfstandigheid;
- Discriminatie;
- Privacy en gegevensbescherming;
- Welzijn op het werk en psychosociale risico’s
- Collectief arbeidsrecht, met inbegrip van:

- Overgang van ondernemingen;
- Collectieve ontslagen en sluiting van ondernemingen;
- Collectieve arbeidsovereenkomsten;
- Consultatie en informatieverplichtingen;
- Sociale overlegorganen;
- Staking;
- Sociale verkiezingen;
- Zowel privaat als publiek (contractueel) arbeidsrecht (samen met het team Ambtenarenrecht dat zich voornamelijk bezighoudt met statutaire ambtenaren);
- Internationale tewerkstelling, met inbegrip van expat-regelingen en detachering;
- Europees arbeidsrecht;
- Dienstverleningsovereenkomsten;
- Arbeidsreglementen, policies en gedragscodes;
- Corporate compliance en whistleblowing;
- Sociale zekerheid; en
- Sociaal strafrecht en sociale inspectie.

Je zal zowel autonoom als binnen een hecht team en onder begeleiding van een partner werken. Verder zal je verantwoordelijk zijn voor het dagelijks aansturen van de junior advocaten in het Employment team.

**Jouw competenties**
- Je beschikt over een diploma Master in de Rechten.
- Je hebt 5 à 10 jaar ervaring in de relevante materies.
- Je bent resultaatsgericht met een praktische en proactieve ingesteldheid en draagt kwaliteit hoog in het vaandel.
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatievaardigheden en een vlotte zakelijke schrijfstijl.
- Je waardeert autonomie maar functioneert goed in een team en engageert je graag in een collectief.
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en daarnaast een zeer goede kennis van het Engels en het Frans.
- Je werkt gestructureerd en respecteert deadlines.
